“My home away from home. Out of all the resorts I have been to, you will never have an amazing experience like you do here. Treated like royalty and the grounds and staff are just out of this world”

“The booking was done through their website and went fairly easy however, upon arriving it was disclosed the property was under construction (never advised at any time) We were arbitrarily located at another location within the facility and although it did not have what we had originally booked for it was ok. No extra benefit or upgrades were added until two days later while visiting another one of the locations within the facility. Irwin Aguila, Alessio and Oliver went above and beyond to make up for the unfortunate and unprepared arrival.”
