“Fantastic location by the main station. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I got a late check-out, no questions asked or extra fees as the place was relatively empty. Breakfast is room service only at the moment and it was very high quality with freshly baked pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.”

“No corresponde a un 5 estrellas ni de lejos. Hubo una equivocación en la reserva, lo intenté subsanar inmediatamente, no me cogieron el teléfono en todo el día, a las 8:00 del día siguente me puse en contacto y me cobraron 160,00 euros más. No se veía la tv española,lo dijimos el primerdía, estuvimos alojados cuatro días y no la sintonizaron. El personal de limpieza de planta sin mascarilla dentro de la habitación. El desayuno, lo justo, correcto, sin más. El personal muy amable y educado. Cena en la cafetería, 4 Hamburguesas simples, una ensalada César, 2 cervezas,unabotella de agua y una ración de tarta de chocolate... 127 euros. El servicio peor que mal. La estancia ha sido correcta a pesar de sus fallos, pero muy lejos de un 5 estrellas.”
