“Fantastic location by the main station. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. I got a late check-out, no questions asked or extra fees as the place was relatively empty. Breakfast is room service only at the moment and it was very high quality with freshly baked pastries and freshly squeezed orange juice.”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms and common areas were spotless and nicely appointed. However, ompared to North American standards, this was not a 5-star hotel. The issues included the quality of the furnishings, the size of our room (King Deluxe), and the fact that our carpet had stains on it. The staff gets 5 stars, but the hotel gets 3 stars; hence, my median score of 4 stars.”
