We had a great stay here. All of the folks working the front counter were professional and polite. The room was nice and clean. Great location. Parking was a bit pricey at $67 a night but great experience over all.

I transferred to the Sonesta ES from a neighbor hotel due to air-conditioning issues. The room was just a bit smaller but the full kitchen and the wonderful shoer made up the difference. The service was great. The valet was actually available so you vehicle wait time was bare minimum. The room was very clean and very well stocked with towels and toiletries. The sanitation of the room and electrical devices was satisfactorily done. We had a great week long stay.

Great room at a great location. Easy access to all downtown. 200ft from N Michigan Ave. The room is big with a complete kitchen, what makes so easy to make our own and healthy food. Air conditioner and heater works really well. Two flat TV with several channels, live weather channel as well. A King size bed, very confortable. Plenty of space inside the room.

I had a wonderful stay! I was here for a week while I had family at Northwestern. The staff was super nice. My room was clean and spotless. I liked the fact it had a full kitchen. The grab-and-go breakfast was better than no breakfast at all. Many of the other hotels don't offer any type of breakfast. The gym is small, but it had top-quality equipment. I was super happy with everything!

Great value for the money. I wouldn't had to spend 3-4x more for something with a more upscale name. The front desk staff was OK.. a little rough around the edges but meant well. The valet was 10/10 first class... Asked what you were up to each day, helped me use the subway, etc. My room was fine and clean. Nothing was broken or not working. Exactly what I wanted. Definitely the slowest elevator I've ever ridden. Overall will stay here again if the price is right.

I celebrated my birthday here and it was such a great space with nice and attentive staff. I would love to come back, right off the lake, beautiful views. There is parking close by and they offer valet. The layout of the room was perfect for a girls night out, queen bed in a private room with a door and a door to the bathroom, perfect for privacy. Kitchenette with a refrigerator and stovetop made for cooking and staying in to enjoy the view!

The bed and the pillows were very comfy and awesome.The room was quiet. I would have given it a 5 if the breakfast included would have been other than an orange a granola bar and a yogurt in a brown paper bag.

We had to stay in Chicago because my son and his wife had thier baby and stayed in the nearby hospital for a week..so we wanted to be near..I found this hotel and booked 2 nights Friday to Sat. We ended up staying another because the hospitalwanted to keep them longer.. the price was crazy in my opinion..the staff were friendly.. had to pay for parking it was $68 bucks a night(we kept our car at hospital much cheaper with a valadaite).. for the price of room.. parking should be free to guest.. the breakfast was a joke.. they had it one day Saturday..the other 2 mornings we came down there was nothing..it wasn't great anyway..a bag wth a orange, water, and granola bar lol.. they didn't clean room..idk we didn't ask but I thought it was kinda strange.. room was nice I thought the bathroom was small they have soap pumps for shower..I didn't use them because I had my own stuff, we had a decent view of Chicago but overall felt like it was a bit to expensive..I guess if you want to be close to Lake Shore then thismight be for you... we ended up having to get another hotel room for Monday but we decided to go somewherecheaper.. ended up at the Warwick Allerton.. check out my review on that one...Yikes! Overall place was ok

Fiquei neste hotel com minha família, para uma escapadela muito necessária. A limpeza nunca veio ao nosso quarto para limpar ou trocar os lençóis, havia roupas íntimas de outras pessoas deixadas em nosso banheiro, e quando liguei várias vezes para a recepção pedindo um novo conjunto de lençóis, ninguém atendeu. Eu finalmente consegui os lençóis de reposição depois de descer para falar com alguém cara a cara. Minha estadia foi decente, mas poderia ter sido muito melhor. Eu entendo que a limpeza não acontece todos os dias, devido à pandemia, mas não acontecer por 3 dias seguidos, é um pouco ridículo.

Hospedado aqui porque estávamos viajando com nosso cachorro, e eles eram animais de estimação e com preços acessíveis. (há uma taxa de limpeza separada para animais de estimação, mas é bastante razoável). Eles têm um elevador separado para animais de estimação, que também é o elevador de serviço, o que era bom, pois era maior do que os elevadores principais. Nós ficamos em um estúdio king e gostamos de ter uma pequena cozinha, bem como uma área de estar. Muitos hotéis nesta área são menores e este era um bom tamanho para duas pessoas mais animais de estimação. O café da manhã foi reduzido para sacolas para viagem, que eram boas, mas presumivelmente temporárias. Wifi era um pouco lento e tinha um problema de certificado de segurança ao entrar, mas por outro lado foi suficiente para as coisas básicas que precisávamos para trabalhar a partir do quarto. Não há muitos cães bons andando por perto, mas uma localização conveniente perto de onde eu estava trabalhando. (muitos dos gramados ao redor dos apartamentos / condomínios próximos têm placas de "Proibido o Cachorro") Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.

Além de feliz com a minha estadia! Eles limparam o quarto, nenhum pertencente pessoal foi movido. Liguei várias vezes para a limpeza para recolher o lixo e eles chegam menos de 10 minutos e sempre ofereciam sacolas extras. O quarto é super limpo. No geral, se eu pudesse dar a este lugar um 10 estrelas, eu.

Stayed at this hotel with my family, for a much needed getaway. Housekeeping never came to our room to clean or change the sheets, there was another’s persons underwear left in our bathroom, and when I called the front desk several times for a new set of sheets, no one answered. I finally got the replacement sheets after going downstairs to speak with someone face to face. My stay was decent, but could’ve been much better. I understand that housekeeping doesn’t come everyday, due to the pandemic, but not coming around for 3 days straight, is a bit ridiculous.

Stayed here because we were traveling with our dog, and they were pet friendly and affordable. (there is a separate pet cleaning fee, but it's quite reasonable). They have a separate pet elevator, which is also the service elevator, which was nice, as it was bigger than the main elevators. We stayed in a studio king, and enjoyed having a small kitchen, as well as a sitting area. Many hotels in this area are smaller and this was a good size for two people plus pet. Breakfast was scaled back to to-go bags which were just fine, but presumably temporary. Wifi was a bit slow and had a security certificate issue when signing in, but otherwise was sufficient for the basic things we needed to work from the room. Not a ton of good dog walking nearby, but convenient location close to where I was working. (many of the lawns surrounding apartments/condos nearby have 'No Dog' signs) Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond happy with my stay! They cleaned up the room, no personal belonging moved. I called multiple times for housekeeping to pick up the trash and they arrive less than 10 minutes and always offered extra bags. The room is super clean. Overall, if I can give this place a 10 star I would.

Prós: o hotel está em um local perfeito. Eu fiz estacionamento gratuito durante a noite na rua das 12h às 8h. O check-in foi rápido e agradável. Eu gostei dos produtos de higiene pessoal da bomba no chuveiro CONTRAS: quartos desatualizados, banheiro pequeno, durante as noites você pode ouvir arranhões e movimentos entre as paredes e sons de ratos múltiplos. Não consegui dormir devido a isso, mas Você paga pelo que tem. O café da manhã era um saco marrom com iogurte de banana, suco de água e barra de granola.

Really amazing place to stay with very nice comfortable rooms and a great staff. We stayed here for over a month while we were moving to the UK and have been very impressed with everything they do. We will always come back here when we are visiting.

Pros: Hotel is in a perfect spot. I did free overnight street parking 12am to 8am. Check in was quick and nice. I liked the pump toiletries in the shower CONS: outdated rooms, small bathroom, during the nights you can hear scratching and moving between the walls sounds like multiple rats. I couldn’t sleep at all due to this but you get what you pay for. Breakfast was a brown bag with water juice banana yogurt and granola bar.

Celebrated my birthday in chiTown about a month ago, I had a great time. Erica and Devin were the Bomb.com and it was a Great location for everything, the hotel room was clean (I'm very particular about that), friendly staff and I highly recommend... I will be back! One more thing if you have any issues, concerns they will go over and beyond to make sure you're satisfied,, and glad you choose the Sonesta.

Stayed there over the weekend and it was hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel.The staff was super friendly and accommodating especially Devin.He went up and beyond to make sure our staff was perfect.The hotel and room were very clean and nice looking.The room was huge and the view out the windows was awesome.I would recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely be back.

El hotel y el los trabajadores fueron excelentes. El desayuno de la manzana estuvo esquisito, uno de los mejores desayunos incluidos de todos los hoteles Marriott! Lo único que tengo que mencionar es, si te hospedas en la recámara 206, espera ser despertado por las máquinas de ejercicios. La sala de ejercicios está a la par y se puede escuchar todo.
