Baños rotos mal alimentos, mucho ruido, muy lejos del centro, nada alrededor para salir, toallas viejas, lleva años en reforma y no acaban te cobran tasas y el director unchulaco..

Muy antiguo, huele a cañería y los baños rotos..mucho ruido por que hacen eventos y no puedes dormir y además el servicio de comida mal y camareros antipáticos..para no volver..y ahora se vais a comer los mocos por que no va ir nadie...director dimisión.

Hotel longe do centro. Quarto escuro com nada de iluminação. Chegamos com fome meia noite, não tem serviço de cozinha sem frigobar no quarto . Pedimos água e nos falaram que não tinham. Enfim dormimos com fome e sede. 😥 Telefone do quarto não funcionava pedimos para consertar e até o dia que saímos não foi providenciado. Recepcionistas nada acolhedores.

Chegamos no dia 24 de Fevereiro numa viagem de grupo de 45 pessoas. O quarto o pior que tive até hoje, chão da casa de banho todo solto com perigo de alguém se aleijar e muita pequena. Banheira sem protecção, molhava tudo. Secador avariado e cheirava a queimado , reclamei e vieram substituir, não havia nem champô nem gel duche. Quarto muito escuro sem iluminação suficiente e pequeno para um 4*. Jantar bufete do pior que já tive, só havia muitasmassas, opeixe mal se podia comer,carne só almôndegase no dia seguinte só frango. Não havia frutas e apenas dois tipos de saladas e dois tipos de sobremesa. Empregados pouco simpáticos, na recepção ninguém falava Francês, só Inglês o que é lamentável .

Was a lovely hotel very quiet and out the way! Nice little balcony and hotel staff very accommodating 😊 Also the shuttle bus to and from Rome made life so much easier to see the sites definetly worth doing 🙂

4 estrelas enganador. Chão do wc solto, azuleijos sujos, água fria durante 2 dias, sem Internet, pouca disponibilidade dos funcionários e afastado do centro.

Excelentes acomodações, com amplo quarto, banheiro e sacada. Muito confortável, restaurante e bar excelentes. Localizado em bela área verde.

Es un buen servicio, la habitación limpia y cómoda. El restaurante tiene buenos precios y la comida es buena. Está a unos 20 minutos del centro de Roma, pero te ofrecen un servicio de transporte que te deja en el centro de la ciudad y también te traen de regreso al hotel, este cuesta 5 euros por persona por viaje.

Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal. Habitaciones cómodas y con un ambiente tranquilo. En el restaurante del hotel nos trataron muy bien y la comida estaba muy deliciosa, en especial los platos especiales del chef.También el servicio de transporte al centro de Roma es muy útil.

Buen hotel en cuanto a instalaciones. Estuvimos con un grupo de excursión. Desayuno completo. Buena relación calidad precio tanto en la cafetería como en el restaurante. En la cafetería tuvimos que esperar casi una hora por dos sándwiches calientes y dos refrescos. Tal vez falta personal. El restaurante en cambio muy recomendable. En recepción faltó un poco más de buen trato hacia el cliente. No se mostraron para nada colaboradores de los clientes.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Estuve en Roma con mi familia y nos encantó la estancia. El desayuno estupendo, el personal encantador, todo muy limpio. Te alojas lejos de las hordas de turistas pero tienes fácil transporte para llegar a la ciudad. El precio increíble para el servicio que dan. Es un hotel muy muy muy recomendable, al nivel de España pero en Roma

No hay agua caliente en los dos días que llevo hospedado
Hay goteras dentro del hotel
El desayuno que prometen no está a tiempo y casi no hay nada
La gente de recepción es muy grosera y no hacen nada por atender las solicitudes de los clientes
Falla el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo
Y el wifi es lo más lento que he visto en toda Roma
!!! Nunca vengan !!!
Es lo peor que tiene Roma La grandeza de un hotel y se su Gerente es resolver olmos problemas lo más rápido posible y no dejando al cliente a la deriva sin agua caliente y con goteras dentro del hotel El personal no te atiende ni le importa nada el cliente Que decepción y que lastima que se sientan una gran cadena hotelera , cuando están al nivel de un hostal.

This is a moderately okay place, quite outside of Rome city. Service is mediocre. There are not much places to go for food and hotel restaurant is TERRIBLE both behaviour and price wise

Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Tap water quality not good. WiFi facility available. Bathrooms and toilets are clean. Food is decent. Overall, it is worth staying here.

If you've booked a room in this hotel & you're unable to cancel the booking do note the following: 1. No facial tissue paper in room 2. No clock available. 3. No hair cap 4. Shower in bathtub. Elderly people need to be careful not to fall because after bath due to no shower curtain to keep floor dry. 5. Lift is very small to accommodate big size guests & big luggage. 6. Reception staff not friendly, not helpful compared them with the Japanese. 7. Breakfast has nothing to praise. 8. Not convenient if you're visiting the Vatican City or the Colosseum. 9. Better stay in city hotel 10. My rating is 2 Star for this hotel
