“The hotel is charming. The rooms are what we expected and I think the average cost for a room is reasonable and would consider staying there a second time. I do have to say, I don't like the idea that you have to come down to the lobby to get water bottles that are usually just left in the room as complimentary, that is just weird. The front desk personnel is not the greatest and not very professional. Probably not the kind of people that you want for your first impression when checking-in. There was also an old grumpy man that almost refused to give us water bottles then proceeded to ask for our room numbers to make sure we weren't taking more than we should, as if. With that being said, I have to recognize Valet and almost every other person we came across is kind and helpful.”

“Absolutely stunning hotel. It felt so old school but so new school at the same time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The view from our room was amazing. We are members of Hilton hotels so when we go we always ask for a free upgrade, to our surprise, they upgraded us before we even got there. That’s great service! Thank you. Our next trip to Chicago, we will definitely be staying here!!”
