“The hotel is beautiful, well-appointed, the rooms are nice, and the location is excellent. I didn't appreciate the dismissive front dest clerk. I told him my room wasnt cleaned adequately, having spotted french fries on the floor and a gum rapper and he blamed it on me, saying the room wasnt adequately cleaned because I checked in early.”
