“The hotel was wonderful and the staff made you feel like family! Rafael greeted us with a smile when we checked in and remembered our names throughout our stay and asked how we were enjoying the hotel and the city numerous times when we would walk through the lobby!
We made it a point to tell Rafael goodbye when we had to leave today, because his customer service was superb! We will certainly be back, as this was such a pleasant experience and stay!
Room service was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The views from the room were astonishing! Thank you to everyone at the hotel that made our stay extraordinarily and we cannot wait to visit the Sheraton Grand Chicago again, when we visit the city in a few months!”

“Great location! Walking distance to Navy Pier, Millenium Park, shopping, and great restaurants. Right on the river and our room had a perfect view. Good stay overall. Room was so loud! Not from noisy neighbors or even street traffic, but constant knocking and clanging in the walls. (Not sure if it was coming from above or next to our room). It went on all hours of the morning. Also did not get housekeeping service.”
