Excelente Hotel, bons quartos sempre com vista para o mar ou belas paisagens. Ótimo café da manhã e restaurantes... Mas não possuem serviço de emergência,por se tratar de um hotel distante da cidade deveria ter um médico ou enfermeiro e um carro de energia, até por que se hospedam muitas crianças e idosos.Não tem salva vidas nas praias e informam que é por sua conta e risco entrar no mar e piscinas...

Hotel muito bom. Local privilegiado porém longe da cidade e de algumas praias . A equipe do Hotel é muito boa e vale muito a pena desfrutar do lugar.Altamente recomendável para quem quer descansar e curtir uma boa praia .Alugar um carro é uma excelente solução devida a distância do Hotel e vale a pena fazer para ficar hospedado nele.

Um hotel com todas as facilidades de um grande resort. Todos os restaurantes do hotel oferecem ótimas opções de comidas, bebidas e drinks. Para aqueles que buscam descanso é o lugar ideal. O único ponto a ser considerado é que a sua localização faz com que ele fique longe das principais praias de Curaçao como as Kenepas, Porto Marie,Cas Abao, dentre outras.

Hotel com boa estrutura,poderia ser melhor,longe da cidade;mas se estiver de carro td facilita.Na diária nada é incluso, somente 2 garrafas de águas da marca Dasani de 500ml e um singelo cartão de boas vindas dizendo q essas garrafas são cortesia e q vc pode reabastecê-las com água da torneira pq td Curaçao é abastecida por poço artesiano,chaleira elétrica com café solúvel,açúcar,chá Lipton de saquinho e leite. De café da manhã( nada espetacular)30 dólares por pessoa mais taxas.Restaurantes tbm com nada de especial, o Shor é muito bom,porém extremamente caro, Boca é parecido com barzinho e caro tbm, o Madi tem poucas opções e preço razoável.Tem o campo de Golf, pago tbm,90 dólares o dia.Tem SPA,mergulho,aluguel de bicicleta,caiaque e outras atrações,pagas tbm que não utilizei.O quarto é espaçoso,com TV a cabo, ferro e mesa de passar,secador de cabelo,banheira,amenidades gratuitas produzidas na própria ilha,cama poderia ser melhor; tamanho de viúva e colchão mole-afundamos qdo deitamos- ventilador de teto e ar condicionado,frigobar que funciona como cooler.Enfim,é bom,mas torça para pegar um quarto perto da piscina e praia pois se for longe,aí tem q andar muito.Tem piscina de água doce,praia privativa,mas as pessoas de barco/lancha podem atracar o barco e fazerem day use, mas se não o fizerem podem mesmo assim atracar o barco,não é permitido utilizarem a praia privativa porém sempre tem um espertinho q usa, oq incomoda é que você paga caro pela diária para ter de "companhia" na sua praia privativa pessoas tipo FAROFEIRAS - fazendo churrasquinho no barco e ouvindo música alta,falando alto...enfim....inadmissível!

Ótimas instalações. Localização incrível. Só não considero nota máxima porque eles pecam muito no atendimento ao cliente,que deixa muuuito a desejar para um resort desse porte. Os funcionários dos restaurantes são rudes na maior parte do tempo.E saem resmungando em papiamento quando solicitamos algo.

Lugar muito bonito, ótimo para crianças pois tem uma área de mar protegida, espreguiçadeiras e barracas, se quiser visitar custa us $ 15.00 de estacionamento, este valor fica disponível para consumação no bar da praia e us$ 10.00 por pessoa para acesso a praia com direito a espreguiçadeiras. A cerveja é cara, uma Presidente, cerveja muito boa sai a us $ 7.00 e um drink custa us $ 12.00. vale a experiência de conhecer.

Fui Furtado durante a minha estadia. Roubaram, em frente à porta do quarto minha câmera fotográfica Subaquatica. O Resort realizou uma investigação precária, sem nos dar retorno. Não há câmeras de segurança, muito menos houve preocupação com o ocorrido. Essa foi minha 3 vez em Curaçao e volto decepcionado com a falta de segurança de um Resort deste porte.

What a truly glamorous and relaxing beach experience at Santa Barbara! The drive to the beach is gorgeous through the golf course and stunning terrain.The beach itself has some of the softest and gentlest waters, great for young kids! Plus the variety of kayaks and paddle boards add a fun opportunity for the adventurous. When we went there was plenty of shade and lots of seats (COVID Limits) and the food/drink service was very friendly and quick.Well worth the money for the views, serenity and pristine beach experience. Definitely a more resort style beach and not the same natural beauty you see at the public beaches, but overall an awesome setup and location to spend the day!

This hotel is a little out of the way but was worth it. We were able to check into the hotel right at the airport when upon arrival and they even upgraded our room to a full water view. All through our stay the staff took the time to stop, speak with us and check to see if there was anything we needed. The pools and beach are uncrowded, beautiful and clean. The food and restaurant staff are amazing. We highly recommend the Shore restaurant at sunset, just beautiful.

Los edificios lucen impecables y limpios. La playa es bonita, el agua calma y cristalina. Las piscinas están muy limpias. Los snacks y tragos variados y bien preparados. El restaurante Medi de primer nivel su comida. Todo el personal es muy amistoso y servicial.

Hotel was good. Protected beach is big and very nice especially for kids. Pools are great, although a little crowded at times. Rooms were good. Love the fact we could connect our devices to tv, however channels were sketchy at times. Food is a little expensive, but good and portions were huge. Golf course is beautiful.

The Santa Barbara Resort was amazing. The facilities are as clean as a hospital, everything is maintained impeccably, and the level of comfort is off the charts. The food is outstanding and the drinks are made right every time. The views are carefully framed to enhance the island experience. I highly recommend the Santa Barbara.

Gorgeous resort with a great protected beach, ample dining opportunities on site, and a generally relaxed atmosphere for everyone around. It's expensive all around for both food and drink, but it's well worth the extra money to stay here. All the rooms have good views, and the weather is great, even if it's windy at times (although the main building does a great job of shielding most of the outdoor areas from the wind).

This place is gorgeous and the food is great. The only reason I am giving it three stars is for the lack of communication about all inclusive pricing. We were told that it would cost $165 per day for our party of two people, only to find out at checkout it was $165 per person per day. We spent the same amount on food as we did on our hotel. You would be much better off buying each meal/drink by itself - all inclusive is definitely not worth it.

Amazing property! It was my first time in Curazao and I loved the experience. The architecture is like a Hacienda type. The hotel is wide, but walkable with so many different spots to do private functions. The staff is so polite and eager to help. From the bellman, the front desk to the GM! Loved the rugged part of he beach as well as the quiet part where you can swim and do some water sports. Definitely a place where I can come back!

Muchas atracciones para toda la familia. Esperaba un poco más de variedad en el menú de los restaurantes. Nos gustó más la comida a la habitación. Todo el personal muy amable y dispuesto a colaborar. Excelente hotel, las habitaciones muy lindas, muy buena instalaciones, cuenta con playa privada, super recomendado el restaurante Shore del hotel, delicioso. Además el personal del hotel tiene un excelente servicio. Gracias a Hugo el instructor de buceo del centro PADI del hotel, bucear en Curaçao una experiencia inolvidable. Punto negativo la distancia, es absolutamente necesario alquilar un vehículo.

El hotel es muy acogedor. La playa es muy bonita. La comida es muy costosa frente a la calidad de la misma. Es necesario rentar un auto si se quiere visitar otros lugares de la isla, debido a la lejanía de otros sitios turísticos.

Es el mejor lugar para descansar! La playa es absolutamente espectacular y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Fui con niños de 2 y 4 años y la pasaron delicioso. Hay zona de juegos para niños en un salón donde hay rompecabezas, Lego, muñecas, carros y actividades muy interesantes para los más pequeños

Habitaciones muy cómodas, lindo complejo pero muy alejado de todo. Para salir del complejo hay que hacerlo en auto durante 6 a7 minutos. El servicio de desayuno estaba mal atendido. Siempre se hace cola de 10 a 20 minutos para que asignen una mesa, aún cuando el restaurant está a in cuarto de la capacidad. El desayuno es hasta las 10.30, pero 10 minutos antes empiezan a levantar la comida y a partir de las 10 no reponen nada, aún cuando fuiste una hora antes y perdiste 20 minutos por la ineficiencia de organización de mesas

This was our third visit to this resort and we will be returning next year! We always stay in a sea tradition room because we like the quieter pool.Camille looked after our room and it was always pristine. We can’t say enough about all the staff- they all do their jobs impeccably and are so friendly- we feel like we are visiting family! Keisha and Rodlin are wonderful managers and we always get super service and a good laugh with Jaymie , Raygene , Tico and Kerri at the pool bar and Don at Shore. Akisha was our server many nights at Shore and was always very attentive and friendly. I think it says a lot for your management Rob that we get to see the same staff every year. We look forward to next year!

Excellent resort, very relaxing, it's about 20-30 min drive from the city area and Mambo Beach. The menu is sometimes seasonal/buffet only, but they are willing to accommodate dietary needs which is nice.

Un lugar maravilloso, el mejor descanso, excelente paisaje. Si lo que se busca es un lugar exclusivo y retirado es el ideal. Los restaurantes al interior deliciosos y el servicio único, espectacular. El confort de un resort sin duda. Eso sí, si es turista alquilar vehículo para movilizarse hacia la ciudad o comprar algo adicional.

This place is wow!Spectacular!The views are really amazing.Family vacation at its best. Snorkeling, golf, tennis, mountain biking and nice swimming pools.Kayaks are available for rent and scuba is also offered.The best thing was the room service staff!So courteous and friendly.The only complaint was that the resort is still undergoing minor renovations and repairs.We needed multiple light bulbs replaced on our first day.Our headboards were peeling and old.Otherwise our room was beautiful. The place was not crowded and the staff really helpful.
