I had the pleasure to stay at The W Dallas for two night with my wife while visiting Dallas on business. We had an overall good experience except for the kitchen being closed at night because of the pandemic, no fault of their own.”

Valet was speedy and polite especially a kid with the name Keith (my late fathers name) whom I only met one night, once we saw him running and dripping sweat with a smile. We went to 7-Eleven and grabbed him some water, told Keith if he ever needed work to give me a call! Thank you W Dallas for the stay also thank you Keith for staying on my mind and suggesting the blackened chicken pasta from Mama Mia’s it was delicious!”
