“ATTENTION I booked through Airbnb from 03-05 December 2020. To date it is THE WORST experience ever. I read Ducassi’s description but also took the time to read the reviews as well. I can agree with why people are feeling the way they feel and fully support and endorse your suffering as, I too have been a victim of an UNHOSIPITABLE environment. The check in process was very confusing as the reception is across the street in another complex that is not Ducassi. I was greeted somewhat nicely at first, both receptionists looked very uninterested to be there. My fiancé and I needed to present passports and sign a document. As I was reading the terms and conditions prior to signing, one of the receptionists said, “it’s almost lunch time. Just sign.” This should have been the first red flag and I should have walked out right there and then but persisted in giving the already reserved hotel a chance. I read all conditions and signed, after which I was given the keys. I was advised the rooftop pool was open from 10am to 7pm and an additional pool at the hotel across the street open from 10am to 10pm. I was not shown to my room, nor was I helped with luggage either. Upon trying to access the rooftop, the doors were closed and locked. The receptionist NEGLECTED to mention that the pool was under renovation, again this would have been perfectly understandable HAD she mentioned this when giving me the keys instead of leading one to believe that it is open. This could have EASILY been articulated but was OMITTED from me. The sliding door to the patio locks when closed and was locked out of my room for 30 minutes after alerting the host. The shower and sink are very badly corroded, the water is EXTREMELY saline and UNBEARABLE to use to brush your teeth, bring your own bottled water in order to brush your teeth. The MOST INTOLERABLE thing that truly made this place go from a 3 star hotel to 1 star is when I ran out of toilet paper. I went downstairs and asked the receptionist at Ducassi (woman who was ALWAYS on her phone and showed with her body language that she did not want to be there) and asked if I could have another roll of toilet paper as I had run out. She said, “that is an additional service that you need to pay for. You need to request that in the morning so that we can get our cleaning staff to clean your room and provide you with fresh towel and new toilet paper.” I clarified, “I JUST need toilet paper. Just an additional roll. I do not need towels or for my room to be cleaned.” She replied saying, “oye chico, this is how it works here.” First and foremost, ANYWHERE you go, you are either treated as "SIR, SEÑOR, MISTER, MA’AM, MISS, or even JOVEN etc.” But NEVER as “oye chico”. The lack of respect, integrity, and ethics in this place is an absolute horror. I will NEVER book here ever again and will make it known that this was the absolute worst experience ever. With such an awful experience, I took the liberty of taking video of how I was leaving my room (as clean as I got it, with the exception of some sand on the floor from the beach) in case Ducassi tries to rip off their guests’ even more. BE CAUTIOUS. HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING AT DUCASSI. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.”

“If zero star was an option then that’s what I would have given this hotel. Con: The advertisement of this hotel is a scam. ROTTEN EGG SMELL FROM THE WATER! rude receptionist that hanged up on me when I expressed my unsatisfactory. Extremely dirty and run down. I was so disgusted that we did not stay the whole two days we booked for. NO REFUND ALLOW! Pro: nice 5min walk to the beach…. Still not worth it!”
