“This hotel probably has one of the worse management I’ve ever seen. During our stay the air conditioning in our room broke down. After a few unsuccessful try to fix it, they let us stay that night with no a/c. We couldn’t sleep the entire night. The hotel never offered us to temporary change the room for the night when they had a lot available. I think they can do better at solving inconvenient situations to client during their stay.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for their lack of touch and respect to their customer. An apology was never made from the management about this situation.”

“Horrible resort that should be ashamed to call themselves a 5 star resort, more like a 0 star resort. The moment we checked in, everything went down hill from there. Upon checking in, my room card wasn't working. I had to wait in the humid hallway while they made me a new card. The mini fridge in the room was very warm and never stocked. Your only allowed 2 small cans of beer a day. I called concierge and requested water and waited over an hour and was only given 2 small bottles. This resort makes you feel like your a nuisance if you ask for help. A lot of the staff, especially the drivers of the carts are very reluctant to take you back to your own hotel lobby! If you ask a question most staff reply by saying "I don't know". The service is terrible and non existant and the food is sub par. Today at the buffet I asked for water 3 times and was never given any. I would never ever return nor recommend any Bahia resort, especially the Aquamarine. Now im sitting here waiting for staff to come and fix my safe that mysteriously stopped working. Please save your money and do not, I repeat, do not book your vacation here!”
