“Great location for his hotel. The staff were excellent when responding to a couple of small room issues. Very quick to bring extra towels and fix a wobbly tap when made aware of it. Bellhop has a wicked sense of humour too. Some of the common areas upstairs and the room itself could benefit from an upside though.”

“Great hotel but the front desk staff was less than friendly or helpful. As I was standing in line to check out there was a language barrier with the customer ahead of me, the front desk girl kept saying, we’re done here, you can go, over and over. The lady obviously needed something else but just dismissed her completed. She then spoke around her and asked me for my keys and said I can go, did not tell me that they were charging my credit card for some sort of “resort fee” that I apparently should have known about and isn’t their responsibility to tell me about, at least that’s what I was just told over the phone when I called to inquire. I also never received a receipt for it in person or via email. The hotel was nice, the location was amazing but the staff was anything but.”
