“Reasonably priced resort hotel (a Spanish based brand) that's in a location convenient to the Disney parks. A shuttle service to them is available, though with limited schedule options. Some of the furniture in our spacious suite was showing its age, but a couple of minor room issues were promptly addressed. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet and other menu items were also decent. Overall it was a good place to stay for us and we'd definitely consider to return there in our next visit.”

“So I reserved and purchased one night at this hotel. The price for this hotel for one night was $70 which I believe to have been reasonable for a one night stay. When we got up to the hotel I checked in and went up to our room. I will say that I didn’t expect the room to be extravagant for $70 but the beds were very uncomfortable and very firm as well as all the furniture was scratched and damage. Which is not that big of a deal since we are only there to stay one night , we just needed a place to sleep but I felt like they should have maintain the rooms to a hire standard being so close to Disney and probably have a lot of traffic. But what I disliked the most is when I checked out the following morning they charged me $23 as a facility fee. When I asked what that meant the clerk had informed me of all the additional amenities that the hotel offered. But I told the clerk I didn’t use any of those amenities but the clerk said it doesn’t matter if you use them or not we charge everyone $23 for the amenities every night you stay which is ridiculous. I don’t think we should be charge for something just because you offer it regardless if we use it or not. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel again”
