Este hotel, de gran calidad, se encuentra entre el centro de la ciudad y Beverly Hills, en Los Ángeles. Tanto el centro como Rodeo Drive, se encuentran a 5 km. Hollywood está a tan sólo 10 minutos.El hotel cuenta con un total de 385 habitaciones. El hall de entrada se halla la recepción abierta las 24 horas del día, la caja fuerte, el ascensor y servicio de cambio de divisa. El edificio también dispone de una cafetería, un salón-recibidor y 2 restaurantes premiados, el Tulips Garden y el japonés Saka-e. Además, tiene a su disposición conexión a Internet, servicio de habitaciones y de lavandería. Hay un aparcamiento disponible.Las habitaciones, bien equipadas, disponen de un ventanal que se extiende del techo al suelo, un cuarto de baño con secador de pelo, teléfono de línea directa, TV vía satélite o por cable y una radio. En todas podrá encontrar minibar, menaje para preparar té y café, plancha, tabla de planchar y moqueta. El aire acondicionado y la calefacción son regulables.En el recinto exterior encontrará una piscina climatizada y una terraza para tomar el sol. “The interior design is really nice, and the big window makes the room to feel more spacious (or the room is actually quite small for the price).
Slippers are provided in the room, and there are many plugs the room for you to charge whatever devices you have.
Nevertheless, the air conditioner is constantly going on and off; it is not only noisy, but it also keeps changing the room temperature from too hot to too cold.
Sound proof is not great - you can hear a lot of noises from the streets at night.
Overall, it was a nice experience for a one-night stay (because I really do love the big window). But if you’re not such a big fan of big windows, I suggest somewhere else to stay.”

“This hotel is all hype and no substance. If you like ridiculously tiny overpriced rooms with concrete walls then this place is for you. We walked into an 80 degree room because their AC was on the fritz. Didn’t cool down till late at night. One entire wall is a floor to ceiling window so by noon you have to use the blackout shade to keep the room cool. So then it feels like you’re in a prison cell.
Location is great but otherwise too many cons:
- mandatory valet parking at $46/night.
- weak AC and water pressure
- room is so tiny with barely a closet and no dressers so you have no place to put your things. Barely have a place to walk.
- the blackout curtains don’t work properly and suddenly go up and down on their own.
- hotel is on Wilshire so tons of street noise (windows are not sound proofed)
- construction going on next door
- plumbing is terrible
- gym is tiny in relation to the size of this hotel (as well as their pool).
It’s just not worth it for what they charge. Definitely not a place you want to stay at for more than a night or two. The tv is so high and can’t be adjusted to tilt down. They really haven’t put the guest at the forefront of their design decisions.”
