“excellent location, Rooms clean and comfortable. Reception not so much. Argumentative and non caring when dealing with a problem with minibar. Maybe he was having a bad day. Had to keep medication in a cool place and the minibar was completely not working, had to insist on either getting a new room or having it replaced. Waited 2 hours but finally had problem resolved.”
