“I had right at this place completely differently the other day however things drastically changed since then and that only their service could also the quality of their accommodations. When I went for a return visit to friends that ran from out of town we were sitting in the room hanging out and I've realized that I saw a bug crawling on the bed but your first I thought was a tick but upon further looking into it was definitely a bed bug that was in Room 217 management claims that they were going to come tonight for my friends living room, stay did supposedly but the all the while giving him an extremely hard time about the whole situation and basically making X so that they no longer wanted to stay there but the idea that they would get upset about us finding bed bugs in their rooms is absolutely absurd I will present video and picture to backup my claims shortly. I now would suggest avoiding staying there with rooms infested with bed bugs”

This place is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it.
We spent 5 nights at this hotel. The location is amazing, close to ICON park, the wheel, Universal studios and many great restaurants. The building needs some reno, but the excellent customer service compensates for that. Moreover, this hotel offers an absolutely amazing breakfast..especially for a breakfast buffet. Overall we had a great experience! We'll definitely come back.”
