“Wonderful experience! Great location! Enjoyed the deluxe suite and all the features that went along with it. Hotel staff was incredible, helping us with whatever we needed from where to get the food we were looking for to helping us with nightlife and our return trip to the airport! If we are back in Chicago, we'll definitely be back here.”

“Location is nice but that’s about it. Room wasn’t cleaned to my satisfaction upon check-in. The water in the bathroom smells TERRIBLE. Housekeeping entered my room with knocking or announcing themselves!!! When I checked in I was told that they do room cleaning but my room wasn’t cleaned not once during my 4 days stay. When I called the hotel after my trip to express my concerns he simply said “I’ll make sure staff are trained correctly”
That didn’t address any of my concerns nor was he apologetic. What a waste.
I’ll be in Chicago again soon, and I won’t be staying here.”
