“Booked for one night and honestly I was very disappointed. In the middle of the pandemic, the rooms should be clean. I can tell this room was not thoroughly cleaned at all between stays. There was a ton of hair, fake eyelashes and band aid on the floor, etc. if they had made an effort to clean this room properly that wouldn’t have happened. Waste of money, left rather than staying in an unsanitary room.”

Beautiful hotel and great service. I would've gave it 5 stars but they didn't have a secondary situation for parking. They said their parking garage was full and had no direction on how to really help you or direct you with parking somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful. Took the train into Chicago and arrived before check-in. Staff allowed us to store our luggage and explore the city. At check in, Olivia checked us in and was very helpful with our difficult reservation. The views are amazing and it is located near many attractions and bus stops to go further into the city. I will definily be planning a second trip back, and staying here.

I love this hotel and it's my 1st visit there! The king bed Riverview room was big. It also had a tub/corner shower....a surprise! But the best was the river/lake view, which I wanted for my much needed vacation. Will definitely be staying there again.

I booked a 2 night stay via Hotwire. I had previously stayed here once before a few years ago so my review of this stay is with my previous stay in mind. The hotel was very loud at night. My wife and I came back to the room around 2am after dinner and drinks. The room next to us was clearly having a party. Not wanting to be a Debbie Downer I let it go. I used to be young once too. But when they woke us up at 3:30am by being even louder....my leniency was gone. Also, there was stench of pot in the afternoon, early evening, and when we got home. I understand pot is legal but can't they put those folks on "smoking" floors. Not everyone wants to smell that...legal or not. I will probably not stay here again unless they change their stance on late night parties and weed smoking.

Perfect spot for beautiful views and not far walking distance to any restaurants or stores. The lifestyle suite was perfect enough room like an apartment. The wife and I loved it. I would highly recommend it. The wife and I will definitely come back for an anniversary or special occasion. The staff was also very friendly. Update: 2-11 and 2-12. Went back and had another awesome experience. The Vitality Room was amazing and it’s a huge space for 2 people. The service was great. Thank you for an awesome two days for a early Valentine’s Day get away.

A equipe foi boa, a hospitalidade foi cerca de 2 de 5. O estacionamento era um inferno porque o nosso código de barras NUNCA funcionou e o estacionamento é caro. Swiss has been one of my favorite places to stay for over 10 years now. Every time I stay in Chicago I spend time at this hotel. I'll never be able to express how much the lake view room is worth the money every time but you should go see for yourself because the views are incredible. The workout room is also an amazing perk of this hotel and has amazing views as well. 5 stars for Swiss!

The staff was nice, hospitality was about 2 out of 5. Parking was hell because our barcode NEVER worked and the parking is expensive. We'll probably stay elsewhere next time we visit. We didn't even get fresh towels on our second day, even after requesting them.

Bonito!!! A vista é incrível !! O quarto era bom e o banheiro tinha um chuveiro e banheira (juntos). Para estacionar, você precisa entrar e fazer o check-in. Eles lhe darão um cartão. Você deve voltar a ficar online para registrar seu carro. Além disso, o estacionamento custa US $ 60 por noite. No geral, foi uma experiência decente por um bom preço para o quarto de hotel.

Beautiful!!! The view is amazing!! The room was nice and the bathroom had a shower and tub (together). In order to park, you have to go inside and check in. They will give you a card. You have to go back online to register your car. Also, parking is $60 a night. Overall, it was a decent experience for a good price for the hotel room.

I have to say.. I checked out Yelp and found 1 review from one person that was awful and had no reflection on the hotel. So I reached out to Yelp and they removed it because they found the review to be false.. Here is my Quick review.. Hotel is remodeled, and the decor is perfect.. The designer of the hotel and restaurants and bars associated in this hotel did a great job.. Young, vibrant, and overall great scene.. Sibling Rivalry (Restaurant) has amazing food.. Happy hour from 3pm-6pm.. Either pick a beer or a mixed drink and only option for food on happy hour is a Burger, tater tots and ice cream.. All super yummy The bar on the rooftop that looks over DTLA is so nice and the scene is super hip..

Hotel has an amazing view of Lake Michigan if you are on top floors. You are right off of the River Walk which has nice outdoor seating and you can take boat rides. Walking distance from an abundance of shopping and food either direction you go. The only negative is the parking. It was interesting. The garage has very low ceiling and is weirdly designed so drive slow. Staff was nice and helpful. The first night we were placed in the wrong room and had to wait until the next day to rectify due to no availability. We were compensated for the mix up and given $50 credit for room service. I will definitely be visiting again.

Estuve en en hotel por tres noches, las camas muy cómodas, la ubicación de hotel es muy buena, no le doy cinco estrellas por que te cobran 20 dólares extra por el Internet y otros complementos que tienen cuando tú ni siquiera lo solicitas, también por que no limpiaron el cuarto más que una sola vez, y por que te ponen botellas de agua en el cuarto que tienes que pagar a 8 dólares 🙄 si las tomas,probablemente elegiría otro hotel la proxima vez.
