“It's ok. I used points so no loss, but pics definitely make place look better then it is. Right next to airport and nothing much to do around property. Plus, you get beep, beep, beeping all night and early morning. If you need a place to stay, I guess, but many other better options”

“The customer service staff were extremely helpful during my stay. My anxiety level was through the roof because we were moving. We initially had a 2nd-floor room (2 queens) but they offered to move us to the first floor (king bed and a roll-out twin for my son) when they saw that we had a large amount of luggage. If you call the military liaison, they offer a TLA rate if you’re on military orders. Both rooms that we saw were clean and the furniture was in good condition. The hotel accepts pets. There is a wing of pet-friendly rooms adjacent to the courtyard. The hotel is next to Nimitz Highway so there is a lot of traffic but the rooms block out the noise exceptionally well. There is a complimentary hourly airport shuttle that runs on a first-come, first-serve basis. Be there 15 minutes early.”
