“Room was freezing, had to walk through a women's dorm to get to the private room which, as a man, was uncomfortable since I felt like I was invading their private space. Kitchen was only available to use 11-2 and 3-6pm, "king sized" bed was clearly two smaller mattress pushed together (could feel the seam down the center) and did I mention how cold the room was? There was no heating of any type available and it was uncomfortably cold the whole time. Staff was friendly and helpful even if most of them had 0 English which is why they get 2 stars instead of 1.”
