“This was our first trip to Amsterdam and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we checked in, the level of service was top notch. We arrived very early but we only had to wait a few minutes to get a room. Hotel employees helped us retrieve our luggage from the car and took it up to our room for us. In the room, our two dogs were provided with beds, bowls, and food. The entire property is dog friendly so the dogs were even allowed to eat dinner with us in the hotel restaurant. Throughout our stay, every employee was kind and helpful and never became impatient when we asked a lot of questions. On the day that we checked out, they stored our luggage for us so that we could spend some more time in the city and then put the luggage in the car for us when we were ready to leave. We will only stay in this hotel when we return to Amsterdam. It's beautiful and in the perfect location. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed on the canal side and had amazing views. The staff made my birthday visit very special - flowers, fruit, and chocolate waiting in the room. I'm already planning my return trip. Staff was very helpful on restaurant suggestions and activity ideas. The rooms are interesting but very cool. I love the library/Alice and Wonderland feel of the whole hotel. Can't wait to return!”
