“Por la pasta que uno gasta te atienden bastante mal. El wifi es pago y las habitaciones están a Kilómetros de la entrada. Han entrado sin avisar al cuarto en horarios nocturnos mientras nosotros estábamos dentro. Por la calificación y la fama que tienen esperaba mucho más. Lo mejor que tienen es su personal. Siempre amable ydispuesto a colaborar por la mejora, pero solo con ganas no alcanza.”

“The hotel was fully refurbished and it’s looking pretty good. The location and staff are EXCELLENT. The breakfast is in such a lovely restaurant and the food great. We just thought that the pillows could be better. I struggled to sleep on them every night. And the AC should be made to work better. The rooms were boiling!”
