“The pictures on most of the hotel reservation sights for this hotel are very deceiving.It is more like a motel.Way overpriced for the quality. The bathroom is very outdated and the temperature of the water fluctuates when you take a shower.It goes from hot to cold to almost scalding.You even have to step up to get into the bathroom.Light bulb was out.Coffee maker also didn’t work. Overpriced water, but I guess it is Chicago.”

“The staff and the location was perfect. The noise from the outside was very loud and the air/heating unit was very loud when it was running. Hallway had a bad odor. I would not say I did not like it but the elevator was small but the stickers made it interesting. Definitely needs updating.”
