“My first time ever to Jamaica. This hotel was very nice and the staff was always so friendly. Joking around and just always made you feel welcome. The room were so nice and the pools and pool bar were nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays. I just wish they had a jacuzzi but non the less a very pretty hotel”

“Not what I expected !!
Restaurants were not open daily. The restaurant that did serve breakfast , and dinner literally had the same items on the menu everyday .
I hated the fact that they , turned off the lobby lights at a certain time. I was told by a bartender, they turn off the lights to signal guest to return to their rooms .
Not what I expected for the price I paid .(1,400 btw ) Next time I'll stay at Palladium. I hear they have better customer service.
Plus , the photo place in Riu was horrible!!
Not all the workers . Just the young boy !! He was rude and very unprofessional.
But , Richard who took my mom and family photos was AMAZING .
Another down fall was the awful smell in the hallways leading to rooms. Plus , my room phone didn't work for most of my trip. They replaced and repaired twice.”
