“This was our first stop in Peru and our way to adapt to the altitude since Urubamba is not as high as Cusco. We extended our stay there and eventually stayed for 6 days since I was sick. And let me tell you, we are very well travelled, but this hotel is one of the BEST we have ever stayed in. Most people who work here are so dedicated to give good service, it is amazing. Especially Jossi one of the concierge team was outstanding. Her English is perfect and she treated us like friends as soon as we stepped through the door after a grueing journey from Chile. Every time we saw her she helped us out and we shared stories and had super nice conversations. Also the room was super spacious and well decorated with a view into the nice and well maintained gardens. And the breakfast...out of this world - sooo good!! I will add some photos here, but including ‘detox station’ with green and red juices. We ordered most of the time the Florentine egg which we liked best. I recommend also to go outside and experience Urubamba which is a really nice and less touristy town. Lots of good and less expensive food options out there too.”
