“Paying for a weekend stay, at a fairly reasonable price, 650 Canadian for two nights with a beautiful view.
The staff was really nice, they had plenty of options for food and drinks. The bars really nice and the hotel is located extremely close to all the action of the city.
We walked everywhere. The bean is a 15 minutes walk. The bars are right there. It was a good time.”

“Overall a decent hotel if you can get a good price. It’s a bit sub-par for mainline Marriott.
Pros:
- excellent location.
- house cleaning staff did an excellent job.
- beautiful and clean lobby.
- fast elevators.
Cons:
- Service could have been better when checking in. Was told some things about breakfast and temporary lounge that weren’t true.
- Internet is slow at times.
- The TV malfunctions and crashes a lot.
- The sound insulation from the window door is weird. Actually the door wouldn’t stay completely closed so you could hear outside sounds.
- Lots of spiderwebs across the whole window, and huge spiders came out like clockwork every sunset, putting a dent on the otherwise good view. Some of the spiders made it inside a few times. This plus very dirty windows made the room feel a bit neglected.
- The room had nice updates inside, but parts of it still felt a little old.”
