“Misled a party of 5 by saying there was no minimum spend on a Sunday afternoon (not brunch) when booking on the phone, and being told when arriving that it's a £50 minimum spend, not even offering an apology and not committing to following up, just saying "reservations are a different team". Very poor experience and went elsewhere - avoid.”
