“Overall this is a solid Marriott in downtown Manhattan. The service was good and the breakfast was solid. Our only issue was the mold that was above the vent in our room. We talked with the hotel staff and they were able to refund us our night. We appreciate their customer service”

“Would like to have given this a 3.5 but made it a 4 because the staff is so friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice enough, though the furnishings are a bit tired as others have noted in Google reviews. Rooms are spacious, though, and the hotel is very convenient to get to anywhere in NY. Hotel is right on the edge of Chinatown so there are lots of great food opportunities right nearby if you like Asian food. Strongly recommend visiting Central Park and the American Museum of Natural History if you are visiting NY. These two places were our favorites, especially the museum. Just make sure you have good walking shoes on.”
