“Stayed here for 10 days and loved the property. The staff is very friendly, the rooms were cleaned everyday, they have 2 pools and about 3 restaurants. The location is also great as they have a beach access and its close to alot of attractions. I'll definitely come back here.”

A solid 4. Good resort, clean, not overly busy, great beach and new beach bar with cabanas a great new add, the gym is fantastic. Pull backs would be the food is so so and there is noisy drilling work happening if you end up overlooking it.

Beautiful resort! And that is where it ends. Service at the bar is terrible, you don’t get greeted by any of the staff when you sit down, no attention to customer. They served me a bottle of water( complimentary I guess) and I never saw the waitress back at my table. To busy chatting with other people. I left after 20 minutes and never come back.

This place is not worth the money at all. The room was dirty and housekeeping rarely came. The bed is two twin beds pushed together and the sheets had a stain. The service is terrible and if you try to get drinks at the bar you will be ignored unless you chase someone down. The food is mediocre at best. The beach and views are beautiful but overall do not come here especially if you are POC. The vibes are not it!

It you don’t like resorts with an amazing pool, this is not the place for you. If you don’t like friendly staff and good food. This is not the resort for you. Haven’t seen a single room here but from what I’ve heard they are supposed to be beautiful. Both for young and old there is enough to do and definitely get some food at brass boer or senang.
