“Omg staff is horrible and so rude! They don't care about customers whatsoever. The lady in the counter got mad when I asked to see if my reservation was good,she got mad and told me to wait until she was done what she was doing. I asked fine can I cancel? She said whatever I'll get charged 1 night anyway...long story short I ended up canceling and went next door to marriot courtyard. Highly recommend,super nice staff and clean rooms!”
