“Great hotel, great location. It's interesting that so many staff want you to mention their name in a positive review and will stand over you as you write and post! Nonetheless I actually do like the staff. I'd recommend room service replace the pillows, they have that *smell* to them and should be thrown out, there's also a need for a thorough dusting and removal of mildew decorative blankets. Overall, great place, awesome staff.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The front desk and all service provided was top notch right from the moment we stepped in and asked for an early check-in, to our midnight check-out. The extra we paid for the morning breakfast was definitely worth it. The proximity to the Dubai Mall is the best! Based on some of the customer comments, I was worried our room would be lacking some maintenance and slightly dated, but that was not at all our experience. We were very happy with the entire stay! Thank you Swissotel!”
