Great hotel, very clean. Nice rooms with amazing views. The pool is amazing it has a great bar and live entertainment, be sure to stick around and catch a sunset from the infinity pool. The only downside is location. It's too far to walk anywhere. The main street is so busy it takes forever to get to the ABC store or any decent restaurants. If you're into good coffee be sure to check out the Honolulu coffee bar in the lobby.

This hotel was extremely nice and the employees were super friendly. Our flight was canceled, and they allowed us to have an early check-in. Very welcoming. The rooms are a little noisy. The windows are really awesome, but we could hear the room above us open and close them all day. It made taking a nap difficult. We could also hear the room next door flush their toilet near our bed. The bar at the pool closes way earlier. I believe their last call was at 7 or 730, I'm assuming this is to try and reduce the noise. We wish there was another hot tub. They created a 15 min rule for guests since there is only 1 small one. Both pools are really awesome. Not many people were using them, I guess it is the slow season. It's a very nice and clean upscale hotel.

As a California travel agency owner, I would recommend this property to my clients and friends. Waking up every morning with the ocean views from every room makes you feel like your entire room is a balcony. The location on the marina was perfect, with the beach on both sides and the Ala Moana mall a five-minute walk. We got club-level access to food, snacks, and wine when we wanted it. We could always find a seat at the pool and the live music every night was great! I would definitely go back! The location was great, the service was great and the view can't be beaten.

My friend and I celebrated her birthday here and we stayed 6 nights. When we arrived we were greeted but no lei, drink or anything which was a disappointment. They do have some small fresh flowers you can pin to your hair but.... The staff were friendly, very helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, pool area was very nice, overall a nice place to stay on a good budget. The location was walking distance to the local mall with a food court and other fun stores. Walking distance to the beaches, bus stop and lots of other local places. It was a $31 dollar taxi fair to and from this hotel which wasn't bad. If you need a specific pick up time you can arrange that with the staff wake up calls were great, gift shop and coffee shop were very convenient and useful. The bathroom has separate tub, shower and toilet areas and the toilet is heated and comes with a remote for cleaning your areas after doing your business. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We did not try the buffet restaurant just because we didn't. I would definitely stay here again as I am a budget friendly traveler. PS we stayed on the 22nd floor with an ocean view it had very nice views but a bit loud at night so if you are a light sleeper get a room that isn't located near the sound of the streets. Costumer service and room service is amazing. The ocean view is great and pool deck is great place to spend time, have a nice drink and fun. The is a buffet available, around 40 dollars per person, with a good selection for everyone. Only complaint was the lack of a microwave (since we like to do popcorn to watch movies) and no laundry station available ( they offer dry cleaning service but its expensive). Again, this is a personal complaint. Overall, a great hotel with a great location.

Very pretty hotel with nice rooms, the "deluxe ocean view" was really nice as well. At the extreme end of Waikiki (you are paying extra for a newer, overall nicer hotel that is 1 block away from the huge mall); staff was friendly and accommodating and the pool area is really nice as well. We enjoyed our stay and if we were returning to Waikiki would definitely consider staying there again.

Ficar no Prince Waikiki foi um complemento fantástico para nossa aventura havaiana. É elegante, mas descontraído. Staying at the Prince Waikiki was a fantastic complement to our Hawaiian adventure. It’s elegant, yet laid back. It is far enough from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki beach to feel secluded, but close enough to walk. The facilities were clean and well kept, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay here, and would not hesitate to stay again.

Cheguei às 10h e meu check-in não era até as 15h, mas eles me acomodaram e me deram um quarto mais cedo.Quarto: O quarto é definitivamente de alta classe. Acabei ficando com a vista para o mar. O bidê deixou meu bumbum quentinho 🤣O shampoo/condicionador orgânico deixou meu cabelo maravilhoso! As cortinas eram automáticas! A bit of a walk from central Waikiki which means there's less kids/families compared to other hotels so it's perfect for adults and couples. We stayed at Ocean Front Premier and the views were absolutely stunning especially during sunset. 100% worth the extra cost. Staffs were super friendly and accommodating as well. Our flight was at 10pm and they kindly allowed us to do late check-out at 6pm for $100 which we couldn't thank enough. This will be our go-to hotel every time we're in Waikiki.

Should be a 5 star hotel!Customer service: As soon as I arrived I was greeted and assisted with my bags. I had arrived at 10am and my check in wasn’t until 3pm but they accommodated me and got me a room sooner.Room: The room is definitely high class. I ended up getting the oceanfront view. The bidet left my bum warm 🤣The organic shampoo/conditioner left my hair feeling amazing! The curtains were automatic ! Slippers, free water bottle, in room dining service option. I’m infatuated with this hotel and will be staying here next time! And very close to everything! The hotel was amazing!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was near the hotel, for example walking to the beach was about 10 minutes, shopping was 15 minutes, and the restaurant were about 5 minutes. The view from my room was incredible. The rooms were clean. I had no complaints at all.

Our stay at Prince Waikiki was SPECTACULAR! Not only was it a great price, it was the best stay I’ve ever had. Our room had breathtaking views, it was so clean and so luxurious feeling. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. The hotel is close to absolutely everything, it’s perfect. I definitely recommend to book your stay here when visiting Hawaii! We can’t wait to come back.

Boa experiência geral, mas algumas coisas menos do que satisfatórias:Estacionamento sem manobrista era extremamente limitado. Quase todas as noites durante a nossa estadia tivemos que esperar 10-15 minutos para que um espaço ficasse disponível. Os lugares de estacionamento também eram excepcionalmente pequenos.Solicitamos um quarto longe dos elevadores, mas ainda assim fomos atribuídos a um quarto quase em frente aos elevadores. O barulho dos elevadores era tão alto na primeira noite que eu mal conseguia adormecer. Foi só depois de deixar o ventilador do AC constantemente ligado em alta velocidade, fazendo algum ruído branco, que melhorou para o meu sono pelo resto da nossa estadia.Fora isso, o serviço foi bom e a condição do quarto era decente. O quarto era de tamanho generoso.

Atendimento ao cliente estelar, o melhor que experimentei na ilha! Eles vão além das suas expectativas! Além disso, atendimento ao cliente cinco estrelas em seu restaurante, 100 Sails! Os quartos são lindos ... os banheiros têm uma linda banheira e chuveiro separado! Os quartos contam com roupões e chinelos! Vistas bonitas. A única recomendação que tenho é que eles precisam substituir suas espreguiçadeiras ao ar livre à beira da piscina (elas estão rasgando e desconfortáveis), e precisam aumentar significativamente o calor de sua banheira de hidromassagem. Fora isso, hotel maravilhoso! Altamente recomendado

Overall good experience, but a few things less than satisfactory:Self parking was extremely limited. Almost every night during our stay we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a space to become available. The parking spaces were also exceptionally tiny.We requested a room away from elevators, but were still assigned to a room almost in front of the elevators. The noise from the elevators was so loud on the first night that I could barely fall asleep. It was only after leaving the fan of the AC constantly on at high speed making some white noise did it get better for my sleep for the rest of our stay.Other than those, their service was good, and the condition of the room was decent. The room was generously sized.

Stellar customer service, best I’ve experienced on Island! They go above and beyond your expectations! Also, five star customer service at their restaurant, 100 Sails! Rooms are beautiful…bathrooms have a lovely tub and separate shower! Rooms come with robes and slippers! Beautiful views.The only recommendation I have is that they need to replace their outdoor lounge chairs by the pool (they are tearing and uncomfortable), and they need to significantly increase the heat of their hot tub. Other than that, wonderful hotel! Highly recommend

This was the best way to celebrate my birthday and I regret nothing. This hotel had everything covered and all of the amenities were on point. The pool on the fifth floor was amazing with impeccable views of the city and beaches. The food was phenomenal and all of the restaurants were great! My room was beautiful with ceiling to floor windows. This hotel is located minutes from the mall local restaurants and bars many local tire shops. This is the perfect location.The hotel staff accommodated all of my needs I cannot wait to return!

Tivemos um grande momento aqui e o quarto era incrível! Ficamos no 26º andar e tivemos vistas incríveis do pôr-do-sol do mar!! O quarto era ótimo, não tenho queixas. Os restaurantes e perto do hotel não eram bons, peça um microondas no quarto e traga sua própria comida ou vá para a área de compras ao norte do hotel. A equipe foi amigável e acolhedora para todos os nossos pedidos e, quando precisávamos de serviço, foram rápidos em responder. 10/10 recomendaria ficar aqui.

Altamente recomendado.Contexto: Quarto com vista para o mar, duas noites.Localização foi ótima. Apenas a 15 minutos a pé do centro principal de Waikiki. Para nós, isso significou menos moradores de rua e uma área mais tranquila com uma vista incrível para o mar, principalmente durante o pôr do sol. Além disso, há um shopping que fica a 15-20 minutos a pé na outra direção.Quarto era perfeito. Excelente vista, grande o suficiente e limpo. Realmente gosto da configuração do banheiro, que é mais vista em resorts no Japão. Chuveiro e vaso sanitário estão em cabines separadas com uma espaçosa área "comum" onde a pia e o espelho estão. Ótimo para casais.A equipe foi muito acolhedora e acolhedora. Se você precisar de alguma coisa impressa, eles podem fazer isso por você se suas impressoras comuns estiverem inoperantes. We had a great time here and the room was amazing! We stayed on the 26th floor and had amazing ocean sunset views!! The room was great, no complaints there. The restaurants at and near the hotel were not great though, ask for a microwave in the room and bring your own food or go to the shopping area just north of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests and when we needed service the were quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Highly recommended.Context: Ocean view room, two-nights.Location was great. Just a 15-minute minute walk from the main hub of Waikiki. For us, this meant less homeless people and a quieter area with an amazing view of the ocean, especially during sunset. Also, there's a mall that's a 15-20 minute walk in the other direction.Room was perfect. Great view, large enough, and clean. Really like their bathroom set-up which is seen more in resorts in Japan. Shower and toilet are in separate stalls with a spacious "common" area where the sink and mirror are. Great for couples.Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. If you need anything printed, they can do it for you if their commonplace printers are down. They'll also send up a microwave for you if you need one.**sushi place in the first floor is alright. Wife really enjoyed it, but I'd rather get poke at a market elsewhere.

It was a nice a hotel, prices are a little too high for little amenities. Bed was not comfortable at all, they have no microwaves or laundry. They do offer drop off by the piece which is extremely expensive. They do provide two bottles of courtesy water which I thought was cool. They have a new Covid mandate there. Pretty much you can’t do or go anywhere without a vaccination card. I booked the ocean view but when I checked in I was told I was being upgraded to “city view” not what I requested. But cool. It did come with a nice view of the pier. Very close to the beach, front desk was pleasant, valet was okay, didn’t like that everyday when I presented my ticket I was asked if I’m sure I didn’t do self parking..cringe. I dined at the 100 sails frequently, bartender was very pleasant. Food was very good. Over all stay was nice and peaceful.

They are so accommodating to any need or request you may have. This hotel is excellent in all aspects and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Oahu. The location is perfect!

Foi uma tolice esta manhã termos que mostrar a nossa prova para tomar o pequeno-almoço antes de efectuar o check-out. Ficamos no quarto 3303, que era o último andar do nível do clube. Você está olhando para um porto e pode ver as ondas do oceano. muito longe para ouvir e teria sido cancelado pelo enorme ventilador AC que você podia ouvir à esquerda, bem abaixo. Pessoal foi muito bom em todo o hotel. É altamente recomendável aproveitar as vantagens de seu nível de clube. Parece que é tudo incluído, já que você tem três refeições completas, além de cerveja e vinho ilimitados. O único problema é que você não podia sair para a piscina ao lado com seu álcool. Ou leve-o para o seu quarto para essa parte. O serviço ainda precisa de algum trabalho nessa área. eles estão muito focados em cada hóspede individual, em vez de levantar os olhos e ler a sala inteira. Víamos isso diariamente. A comida era muito boa e diferente a cada dia. Embora tivéssemos um carro alugado e viajado pela ilha, nós realmente não comemos fora em nenhum outro lugar. Queríamos trazer um convidado um dia para uma reunião de negócios e estamos decepcionados que nos disseram não, pois a palavra não não combina comigo em um estabelecimento tão bom. Eles tentaram culpar a cobiça, mas isso era lixo. Vamos considerar voltar para um de seus outros estabelecimentos.

Beautiful facility. We were there for seven nights before all these new covid restrictions kicked in today. It was silly this morning that we had to show our proof in order to have breakfast before checking out. Stayed in room 3303 which was the club level top floor. You are overlooking a harbor and can see the ocean waves. too far away to hear and would have been canceled out by the huge AC fan you could hear out to the left, far below. Staff was very nice throughout. We highly highly recommend taking advantage of their club level. It makes it seem as though it's an all-inclusive since you got three full meals plus unlimited beer and wine. The only catch is you couldn't leave for the pool right next door with your alcohol. Or take it up to your room for that part. Service still needs some work in that area. they're very focused on each individual guest instead of lifting their eyes and reading the entire room. We saw this on a daily basis. The food was really nice and different every day. Although we had a rental car and traveled the island we really didn't eat out anywhere else. We did want to bring a guest one day for business meeting and we are disappointed that we were told no as the word no does not agree with me at such a fine establishment. They tried to blame it on covid but that was garbage. We will consider returning to one of their other establishments.

This is our second time staying here. It is a real gem. The rooms all face the ocean so you can never really get a bad room. The staff goes out of their way to help and accommodate. They typically have the best specials of any hotel in the proximity to Waikiki Beach. Would recommend to anyone in any life stage.

Todo muy bien, desde la bienvenida hasta el adiós, una amabilidad ejemplar por parte de cualquier empleado, el desayuno muy buen buffet, el parking justo al lado, las vistas al lado del mar increíbles, la limpieza un diez, estaba todo muy limpio y todo repuesto al día siguiente sin ninguna rateria, el minibar también respondían tres botellas de agua diarias, hay excursiones a todos lados que puedes contratar abajo a un precio muy razonable y te recogen en la misma puesta del hotel, el hotel es recomendable 100%, y para repetir sin duda, su ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra a cinco minutos del centro andando y a unos diez o quince minutos de la playa de Waikiki, un paseo muy reconmedable y agradable para disfrutar. Las dos televisiones tienen netflix, persianas automáticas, no querrás irte.
