Os quartos são pequenos (para Chicago), mas acolhedores. A área do bar é extremamente barulhenta (muitas superfícies duras), com uma equipe simpática e eficiente. Trevor (FOH) foi especialmente útil com ajustes de última hora, ótima estadia.

The rooms are small (for Chicago) but cozy. Bar area is extremely loud (lots of hard surfaces), with friendly and efficient staff. Trevor (FOH) was especially helpful with last minute adjustments, great stay.

Não à altura dos padrões normais do Marriott. O chuveiro da banheira tem metade do tamanho e o vaso sanitário é tão baixo que parece que estou fazendo flexões profundas dos joelhos para sentar nele. A cama era boa. Sou membro do Marriott gold e tive que alterar minha reserva algumas vezes e acabei tendo que pagar $ 60 a mais por 2 noites e quando liguei só preciso ler o preço de impressão sujeito a alterações. Deveria ter se hospedado na pousada ou no pátio da próxima vez

Not up to Marriott's normal standards. Bathtub shower is 1/2 size and toilet is so low it seems like I am doing deep knee bends to sit on it. The bed was good. I am a Marriott gold member and had to change my reservation a couple of times and ended up having to pay $60 more for 2 nights and when call said just need to read the print price subject to change. Should have stayed at the residence inn or courtyard will next time

Very friendly and helpful staff. My husband needed shoe polish as he forgot his at home when we were visiting for a wedding, and the person managing reception made a point to go and find some for us. They also accommodated other requests. Location is great as it's on the river, right next to House of Blues (live music) and next door to Yolk (breakfast and coffee place).

They had an agreeable and clean bed. Clients would without a doubt partake in their visit here. The food was heavenly. The facilities were satisfactory.

Great to stay here again!! Loved our 1st visit several years ago. Great location by the Chicago river. Fantastic front desk staff & Edward was very helpful with our luggage. There is a great store on the LL level that has all you need while staying at the hotel. Don't miss taking the river cruise, either by day or night!!

What a nice place in the area! I enjoyed the quietness, the cleanliness, and the lovely staff. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the near future. If you were looking for a nice and cozy hotel to stay in this hassle bustle city. I would recommend this hotel. They were the cleanest and coziest hotel to stay. The atmosphere of this hotel was so relaxing. It feels that you're staying in the countryside. The pool was so clean. Also, the room was so clean and smells good.

Spending my short vacay from this hotel was amazing. The place was so clean and organize. Especially my room, it was so clean and smells so good. The bathroom was so spacious, which I liked the most. The pool was so clean and cozy as well. My view from above was breathtaking. I will definitely bring my future boyfriend here.

Great location, wonderful staff, great bartender. The room overlooked Marina towers in the river so we couldn't ask for a better view. We were there during COVID So it was not very busy, but would love to go back when we return to somewhat normal. Staff was attentive and cleaning often, it felt very safe.

The room, the staff, location, view wonderful. One observation was lacking bellman? Guess not that kind hotel or I'm too old fashioned 😁 but guess for value on price I'll drag my luggage.

If anyone is looking for deals for hotels check ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a resort on there and these guys had the absolute best rates just about anywhere! What a nice Hotel! The staves were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable every time I asked questions. The hotel was also very clean in every area, and the staff was very friendly and professional. One of my favorites was the food, it was very delicious and the presentation was extremely beautiful! Strongly recommended to all!

This hotel was incredible. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The location is perfect with the house of blues right outside, restaurants everywhere, the riverwalk is right there, and its within walking distance (15 mins) to millennium park and magnificent mile. I highly recommend this place, and when I come back it will be very hard to convince me to stay elsewhere. Try Yolk, therestaurant connected to the hotel. Its delicious!
