“Hotel que no merece cinco estrellas. Habitación 704 horrible: ventana mínima que da una pared, sin ninguna vista. Pasillos angostos, ascensores que tardan en horas punta, desayunos aceptables (hay que guardar larga fila)... Gran decepción. (lo mejor -y por lo que picas- es la ubiación)”

“I booked a superior room and received a very standard room. It looked like the space was previously a closet and someone decided to transform it into a hotel room. Our window was tiny and overlooking a wall (yes, a wall). Breakfast was just so plain and it costs 25 euro pp/day (better grab breakfast outside). We did not receive slippers in the room, and the floors were constantly cold, especially in the bathroom. Overall, I would have expected more from a 5 star hotel. Probably the best thing about this hotel is its location, steps away from Prado Museum, a few minutes walking distance to the main city attractions, restaurants and bars, as well as the airport shuttle. The staff was very kind, professional and always smiley, something of a rarity nowadays. I think the management, the quality of rooms and the facilities can be improved.”
