“What a Difference a Year Makes! We stayed last year while visiting family and had a great room and service. This year not so much was good. Our room looked Ok when we arrived but after closer inspection, it was far from good. The toilet ran continuously and the only way to flush was to take off the top and push the flapper down. (We were told there was no one on staff to fix it). Our couch had crusty white stains. Our pillows were old and super thin. Even after requesting service, we had to go for towels, and ask the maids directly. We will find another hotel in the area.”
