“The room suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. If you are going for Universal the location is great. It is a 15 min walk to the park or save your steps and take a $7 cab ride ride. There is a free shuttle as well. There are also lots of restaurants near by that aren’t part of City Walk. Only complaint would be the room doors are heavy with loud locks. We heard every door opening and closing no matter how hard you tried to close it softly. The halls are pretty echoey too. If you are looking to relax this probably isn’t the best choice but for our Universal bound vacation this was perfect.”

“Best hotel within walking distance to everything! Located right outside Universal the park is a 20 minute walk away. You can't beat the convenience and the grounds are immaculate! Nice sized pool. Perfect jacuzzi. Wicker cabanas in the courtyard and fountain with lights to sit by. A bar to eat. An ice cream shop. Nice hotel store. And conference center. The staff is amazing at the front desk. I can't thank them enough. 🌟”
