“Minha experiência no Ambiente Hostel foi excelente. Além do hostel estar muito bem localizado, o atendimento é extraordinário. Eu estive doente durante minha estadia e o Luiz foi extremamente prestativo, me indicou hospital, disponibilizou chá e me ajudou a todo momento. Recomendo muito esse local, me senti muito acolhida. Os banheiros são bem limpos e há cozinha disponível.”

“I had to sleep at the stairs. When I arrived door code was not working and no one was at the reception to hear my knocks. No doorbell at all. Apparently fuses were down, reason why code box at the entrance was not working. When I explained the issue the volunteer laughed and told I arrived very late I like to party too much. I had been specified during the check-in that there was no limit hour to arrive. They don't speak English.”
