“I was going to check my bag at the hotel and go roam around NO until check-in. They asked if I minded checking in right then since my room was available and they were expecting a big New Year's crowd. AC system wasn't cooling well, but as soon as I notified front desk, they sent someone and the issue was repaired in a few minutes. No other issues for the remainder of my 2 day stay.”

“Great location for Mardi Gras. Conference room area smelled moldy. Hotel charged my credit card for something 2 weeks after checking out without notifying me of the charges or the reason for the charge. Difficulty getting receipt. Room construction / remodel quality is poor.”
