“I'm giving this 5 star review based on the phenomenal staff at Club Quarters on Wacker. I have had two long term business stays at this location. Each time the staff have gone above and beyond to help me. I was experiencing a work emergency before a huge presentation and Pedro took time while helping other guests to make sure I could have access to a computer and printer. I'd also like to shout out to Tony who also has been very helpful during my business stays. Although the rooms are not big, the elevator is slow, the location is wonderful and the staff can save the day when you need it. Thank you Club Quarters staff for always being wonderful.”

“Nice room. Clean and a perfect location in downtown. Was able to walk to plenty of food and attractions near by. Loved the self service check in. Ronnie at the front desk was amazing. Very friendly and helpful on our check out. Held our bags after checking out while we spent the day in the city. Would highly recommend to stay here.”
