“First off they need better training on how to deal with people the first night my sheets was dirty my TV remote was not working my phone wasn't working so i have to wait until morning to ask for my sheets to be changed ,front desk said ok in the night when am ready to go to my bed the sheet wasn't not change , how I know? Their was a mark on the sheet i immediately call front desk about it no time after someone from house keeping came to change it .front desk staff are excellent ,some of the bartender like that girl that work in the sports bar she refuses to give me her name she as no clue on how to deal with customer ,the food is the same every day the first day it good after that you get tired of it ,entertainment is good I enjoy it ,housekeeping forget need better training .and their is no night club their anymore”

“My first time ever to Jamaica. This hotel was very nice and the staff was always so friendly. Joking around and just always made you feel welcome. The room were so nice and the pools and pool bar were nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays. I just wish they had a jacuzzi but non the less a very pretty hotel”
