“Mala experiencia.Mala relación calidad precio.Muy mal servicio de habitaciones,ni lo más básico nos dieron.Inventaron que habíamos fumado en la habitación para cobrarnos 500 libras a la salida cosa que no era cierto para nada.Pasamos el peor rato de nuestra vida.Bochornoso.Nada recomendable.”

“hospedado aqui para 3 noites em junho.No geral, nossa experiência foi...bem. Os quartos eram bastante agradáveis e espaçosos, especialmente para Londres, e as comodidades no banheiro eram ótimas.Houve inúmeras falhas de serviço, desde bagagem, check-in, arrumação e serviço de abertura de cama. Nada foi realmente o nível de perfeição que você espera de um hotel nessa faixa de preço. E, mais do que isso, simplesmente não funcionou. Apenas um monte de saudades ao redor. Para dar um gostinho: - equipe se ofereceu para lidar com as malas ... depois que já estávamos no elevador após o check-in - a recepção nos disse que recebemos um upgrade (membro do Marriott Ambassador) e depois nos deu o quarto base (o que é totalmente bom, mas o gerenciamento de expectativas é um problema) - arrumação não havia alguns dias? - o serviço de abertura de cama foi oferecido de forma proativa (incrível!) e depois não veio durante a janela que eles confirmaram (ou mesmo mais tarde, quando estávamos de volta ... No geral, apenas um grande problema de gerenciamento de expectativas.Valor para o dinheiro não estava realmente lá vs. outros hotéis de Londres, como, embora os quartos eram bons, o resto era uma espécie de fracasso.Não que eu espere qualquer tratamento diferente como membro de elite do Marriott, mas tenho uma amostra maior de estadias semelhantes e esta realmente perdeu a marca.”
