“The worst resort I’ve ever stayed at. To begin, I paid for a double queen bed room and ocean view.. silly of me to expect to walk into the room and find 2 beds and an ocean view, instead I was greeted with one bed and a pull out couch and my view was other people’s balcony.. no beach in sight. The staff fought with us for hours until they attempted to assist us. The food here was absolutely horrendous. Only decent place was Italian and even that had a 2 hour wait to get the food. Besides that, if you order a bagel for breakfast today, don’t expect that resort to have them tomorrow, they’ve probably run out. This resort also didn’t have ANY fruits. The only place you could get some fruits are from the locals selling them on the beach. Truly a horrendous experience. If you’re looking for nice rooms, good food, and a relaxing trip.. stay away from this place.”
