“This Hotel is not 5 star, it is clean yes, but the rooms are so old, raggedy curtains with holes and worn out furniture troughout the hotel. We were looking forward to the breakfast but it was not good, the meats were partialy dried out, dis- coloured fruits, and the egg, omg that was just yellow water with lumps, yuk. I have stayed at many NH hotels and they normally have a very high standard, this one was disappointing for me. Reading some of the further reviews here it seems that this hotel has been coping with the same problems for over 2 years now, there have been apologies…but no changes apparently, that tells me they do not “realy” care, or it would have been dealt with or changed”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. Service is good. But this is defenitely NOT a five star hotel as advertised. Rooms are showing age and rust, shower is in a bath that no large person will fit in. No coffee making facilities in room, etc. I suppose it is not priced as five star but then they should not advertise it as such. Breakfasts was fresh and good but little continental choices.”
