Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos. O hotel era muito limpo, o secador de cabelo não estava funcionando, mas eles nos deram um substituto para isso. A única crítica que eu faria é que eu gostaria que todo o status Diamond realmente significasse alguma coisa. Não é nem mesmo algo que é realmente reconhecido mais. Você nem ganha uma garrafa de água lol.

Staff were all very friendly.Hotel was very clean, the hair dryer wasn’t working but they gave us a replacement for that. The only critique I would give is I wish the whole Diamond status actually meant something.It’s not even something that is really recognized any more.You don’t even get a bottle of water lol.

Convenient location, right off I-81. Nice rooms, only caveat is that the sheets smelled of smoke. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of dining options close by.

Ótimo café-da-manhã com pratos quentes e instalações modernas bastante limpas. O quarto estava limpo quando se tratava das coisas rotineiras (pisos, camas, banheiro, etc.), mas tinha algumas oportunidades incidentais de limpeza, como paredes e tetos.A equipe com quem trabalhamos foi incrível e tinha personalidades muito boas para a hospitalidade. Dito isso, eles também mostraram sinais sutis de esgotamento e estresse, o que mostra que o local sofre com a falta de pessoal por um longo período de tempo. Gran desayuno caliente y una instalación bastante limpia y moderna. La habitación estaba limpia en lo que respecta a las cosas de rutina (pisos, camas, baño, etc.), pero tenía algunas oportunidades incidentales para la limpieza, como paredes y techos.El personal con el que trabajamos fue increíble y tenía muy buenas personalidades para la hospitalidad. Great hot breakfast and a fairly clean modern facility. The room was clean when it came to the routine things (floors, beds, bathroom, etc.), but had some incidental opportunities for cleanliness like walls and ceilings. The staff we worked with were incredible and had very good personalities for hospitality. That said, they also showed subtle signs of being exhausted and stressed which shows that the location suffers from being understaffed for an extended period of time. Having adequate staffing allows for the details to be addressed such as cleaning walls and under beds and having the front desk staffed independently from the breakfast area so that a guest checking out doesn't cause the breakfast items to run out during the morning rush. Deducted 1 star for being under-staffed, but would stay here again.

Bom hotel! Uma subsidiária Hilton. Funcionários muito agradáveis, recepção amigável. ¡Buen hotel! Una subsidiaria de Hilton. Empleados muy agradables, recepción amable. Este hotel lo ha entendido muy bien: lavadora y secadora disponibles, bonita piscina tratada con sal y un poco de cloro, gimnasio, habitaciones modernas, buenas camas y sobre todo un delicioso desayuno con gofres caseros, huevos revueltos, etc. ¡Muchos hoteles estadounidenses pueden tomar un ejemplo!

Por onde começo. Corra!! Estamos vindo para Harrisonburg há 15 anos. Este é o pior hotel até hoje. Optamos por reservar com este hotel por causa da piscina. A piscina, no entanto, tinha um cheiro nojento e estava fechada. Não nos disseram isso quando reservamos nosso quarto e mencionamos que desejamos usar a piscina. Tipo de quarto de ok, mas o chão do banheiro era pegajoso. VOCÊ deve solicitar o serviço de limpeza se desejar que o serviço seja prestado. Ele não é fornecido automaticamente e eles não o informam. The pool was one of reasons we picked the hotel for the kids. It was green and murky. Kids could not swim. Very disappointing. Room was pretty clean minus the stain on the wall above the bed.

Where do I begin. Run!!We've been coming to Harrisonburg for 15 years. This is the worst hotel to date. We opted to book with this hotel because of the pool. The pool, however, had a disgusting smell and was closed. We were not told this when we booked our room and mentioned wanting to use the pool. Room kind of ok but bathroom floor was sticky. YOU must request housekeeping if you wish the service to be provided . It is not automatically provided and they don't make it known to you. They said there was a sign on the bathroom mirror explaining lack of housekeeping but there is not... so after a long day we returned to find beds unmade, no clean towels, no coffee or shampoo since we had used them the day before and pizza box trash etc still in our room. They graceously do still charge full price at $135. Notice I didn't mention breakfast. free. Gave it a look and went out for breakfast instead.

Não me interpretem mal, é um lindo hotel, muito bem decorado. O check-in foi super rápido e fácil, a mulher na recepção foi muito prestativa e simpática. O corredor em que estávamos não cheirava a fumaça. O quarto não é o que eu pensei ter reservado, precisava de uma banheira, não recebi uma. Havia sangue na parede do banheiro perto da lata de lixo. Havia apenas um único lençol na cama, não a proteção de vários lençóis que você costuma ver. A luz de um lado da cama estava desligada porque a lâmpada estava derretida e queimada, mas não foi substituída. A piscina era bonita, mas o cloro era extremamente forte. Queimava nossos olhos até mesmo estar na sala de bilhar. O café da manhã estava ok. Apenas o seu pequeno-almoço quente padrão, mas havia muito. Não foi a pior estadia, mas não seria minha primeira escolha novamente.

No me malinterpreten, es un hermoso hotel, muy bien decorado. El registro fue súper rápido y fácil, la mujer en el mostrador fue muy servicial y agradable. El pasillo en el que estábamos no olía a humo. La habitación no es la que pensé que había reservado, necesitaba una bañera, no la conseguí. Había sangre en la pared del baño junto al bote de basura. Solo había una sábana en la cama, no la protección de varias sábanas que normalmente se ve. La luz de un lado de la cama estaba desconectada porque la bombilla se derritió y se quemó, pero no se reemplazó. La piscina era bonita, pero el cloro era extremadamente fuerte. Nos quemaba los ojos incluso estar en la sala de billar. El desayuno estaba bien. Solo su desayuno caliente estándar pero había mucho. No fue la peor estadía, pero no sería mi primera elección nuevamente.

Don't get me wrong it's a beautiful hotel, really nicely decorated. The check in was super fast and easy, the woman at the desk was very helpful and nice. The hall we were on didn't smell like smoke. The room isn't the one I thought i booked, needed a bathtub, didn't get one. There was blood on the bathroom wall by the trash can. There was only a single sheet on the bed, not the multi sheet protection that you usually see. The light on one side of the bed was unplugged because the light bulb was melted and burned but not replaced. The pool was nice looking but the chlorine was extremely strong. It burned our eyes to even be in the pool room. The breakfast was okay. Just your standard hot breakfast but there was plenty. It wasn't the worst stay but It wouldn't be my 1st pick again.

El hotel es muy lindo esteticamente, Muy buenos cuartos y camas comodisimas. Pero la pileta "climatizada" esta fria y no es posible calentarla y el wifi se conecta y desconecta continuamente. Pero despies de eso un hotel muy bueno.
