Excelente localização central. Os quartos estavam limpos. A temperatura nos quartos estava muito quente para nós e, infelizmente, não conseguimos diminuir. As camas eram muito confortáveis. A vista era fantástica. O salão era confortável, mas precisa de mais funcionários no café da manhã. Eu tive que comer em uma mesa vazia. A máquina de café não funcionou em um dia também.

Excellent central location. Rooms were clean. The temperature in the rooms were too warm for us and unfortunately we could not turn it down. The beds were very comfortable. The view was fantastic. The lounge was comfortable, but needs more staff at breakfast. I had to eat at an uncleared table. The coffee machine did not work on one day also.

I love this hotel and am a regular, however beware of the gym. It’s amazing but shared with park place. There were about 10-12 kids running around in there and ruined the workout for any adults. I tried to get it on video but the kids saw me and I had to run outta there. I would suggest an age limit.

Ótima localização em Midtown, perto de muitas estações de metrô e longe o suficiente da Times Square para não ser incomodado ao dormir. O café da manhã deixou a desejar para um hotel cinco estrelas. Ficamos na semana passada e nosso quarto estava muito quente e foi uma luta para obter uma temperatura confortável. Mas o serviço de recepção foi excelente e amigável, e quaisquer preocupações foram rapidamente abordadas!

This hotel had a great location in midtown close to Central Park, nearby multiple subway stations, and not too close to Times Square. Service was great and had no issues. The room itself got very hot at night and getting a comfortable temperature at night was difficult. Also was not impressed with breakfast at all for this hotel. Overall would recommend for the location and quality of service.

Great location in Midtown near many subway stations and far away enough from Times Square to not be disturbed when sleeping. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming for a five star hotel. We stayed last week and our room was very hot and it was a struggle to get it to a comfortable temperature. But the front desk service was great and friendly, and any concerns were quickly addressed!

Foi uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel. Eu absolutamente amo este lugar. Eu fiquei aqui para o aniversário da minha mãe. O estacionamento foi tão fácil, Venessa na recepção foi absolutamente fabuloso. Quando liguei para o hotel, eles responderam gentilmente e minuciosamente. O lugar era lindo. Excelentes serviços de todos. Eu altamente recomendo este lugar. Voltaria a este lugar quando quiser passar uma noite especial em Nova York. Apenas 5 minutos do Central Park a pé, a 10 minutos da Time Square. Café-da-manhã do 23º andar era muito boa qualidade e recheio completo. O quarto era ótimo, a TV pode precisar de um pequeno upgrade para a TV inteligente.

The staff was nice and the rooms clean. The location next to a Subway station and near Times Square is optimal. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee machine was never working and there was little to choose from. It seemed like no one was working there because towards the end of breakfast, nobody refilled the food. You have to grab water bottles from a fridge in the breakfast area yourself if you want more because there is no room service whatsoever. Overall, the hotel felt like a 3-star hotel.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a hotel. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I loved the location! It was right next to the subway and close to pretty much everything! I loved our room It was very spacious ! and the view was amazinggg <3

It was wonderful stay at this hotel. I absolutely love this place. I stayed here for my mom's birthday. The parking was so easy, Venessa at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. When I called the hotel, they answered kindly and thorough. The place was gorgeous. Outstanding services from everyone. I highly highly recommend this place. I would go back to this place when I want to spend a special night in New York. Only 5 minutes from Central Park by walking, 10 minutes to Time square. Breakfast from the 23rd floor was very good quality and full filling. Room was great, TV might need a little tiny bit upgrade to smart TV.

Nós AMAMOS este hotel!!! Era muito bem equipado, e cada pessoa que trabalhava lá era amigável, paciente e prestativa. O café da manhã é incrível - com ovos, bacon ou salsicha, waffles ou panquecas, bagels com salmão defumado, frutas frescas, incluindo uma variedade de frutas vermelhas, café, JO, cereais, croissants, muffins e danishes, etc. . . e o hotel é simples e bonito e a localização é incrível - bem ao lado de uma entrada do metrô, a poucas quadras da Times Square, perto do Central Park, perto do Rockefeller Center. A cama e travesseiros eram super confortáveis, o quarto era elegante e a segurança era ótima. É uma área agradável, segura e limpa. Nós odiamos sair!

The breakfast is very complete and delicious. The people at the reception and the cleaners are great and kind. The room is nice but it is a 5 star hotel and the room is too warm even you do not have the heating on. It is December and we have to sleep with the window open. Also the room has no enough light. The wardrobe doesn’t have light. That’s weird.

We LOVED this hotel!!! It was very well staffed, and every single person who worked there was friendly and patient and helpful. The breakfast is amazing - with eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles or pancakes, bagels with nova lox, fresh fruit, including a variety of berries, coffee, OJ, cereal, croissants, muffins and danishes, etc. . . and the hotel is simple and beautiful and the location is amazing - right next to a subway entrance, a few blocks away from Times Square, near Central Park, near Rockefeller Center. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the room was elegant, and security was great. It is a nice, safe, clean area. We hated to leave!

Un pedazo de hotel. Con lo que habría que tener cuidado es con las tasas de servicios que son carísimas. Publicitan que tienen terraza para ver los atardeceres y cuando llegas puede que esté en obras, pero el precio te lo cobran completo. Tampoco tuvieron consideración con que estuviera malo y no pudiera comer en el hotel (una comida mas suave), cuando me quejé me ofrecieron hacerme una buena oferta para la próxima vez, pero nunca llegó la oferta. No creo que repita. SE PAGAN TASAS MUY CARAS.

Excelente hotel. Muy limpio, amplio y con un servicio de personas inmejorable. Recomendadísimo para familia (vine con mujer y 2 hijos) y para business. Desayuno, servido en el piso 23, es variado y de calidad. Localización fenomenal. Cerca de todo y con rápido acceso al subterráneo (subway). Recomiendo de ojos cerrados!

Lugar de primer nivel. Ubicacion excelente, el precio es caro pero la zona y atencion lo ameritan. Las habitaciones son muy comodas pero un poco pequeñas

Excelente hotel, con ambientes de lujo y habitaciones nuevas con buen espacio y buen gusto. El desayuno es algo simples para personas más exigentes pero es perfecto para gente práctica y profesional. No hacen caso si invitas a cualquier persona a desayunar contigo. Me encanta por la combinación lujo, calidad, precio y ubicación.
