Me and my family were passing by to rent a spot to camp out this weekend and came across this beautiful hotel with a restaurant, bar and small coffee shop shop. It also had old ping pong machines from the 4os and a old slot machine as well. Is like going back into time. You can go on the back of the restaurant and take pictures. Very unique place indeed. It just makes me relax totally.

Paguei por um Mountain View com duas camas queen size para minha família de quatro pessoas. Infelizmente, as camas queen size foram medidos entre um completo e um twin e ninguém no quarto poderia realmente ter uma boa noite de sono. Quando chamei a atenção do proprietário e da gerência, eles não retornaram meu telefonema depois de ligar cinco vezes. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente se eu pagasse por camas queen size para que possamos dormir confortavelmente, é isso que eu deveria receber e não o fiz. Apenas mau serviço ao cliente. O quarto era limpo, mas muito velho. Para sua informação, também não há elevador se você precisar chegar ao seu quarto e a qualquer outro andar, exceto o primeiro andar. A recepção foi amigável. A gestão é ruim na melhor das hipóteses

I've been here twice to eat lunch and the food is really good! Big enough to share so bring a friend! Shelby a.k.a Eleanor (ref: Gone in 60 seconds) was our server and she was excellent! Only 4 stars because I haven't actually stayed the lodge so I can't leave a review as far as the stay goes but the restaurant and staff deserves 5 stars!

I paid for a Mountain View with two queen beds for my family of four. Unfortunately the queen beds were measured between a full and a twin and no one in the room could really get a good nights sleep. When I brought this to the attention of the owner and management they have not returned my phone call after calling five times. Poor customer service if I paid for queen beds so we can sleep comfortably that’s what I should get and I didn’t. Just poor customer service. The room was clean but very old. FYI there is no elevator either if you need to get to your room and any other floor but the first floor. Front desk was friendly. Management is poor at best

Bastante decepcionado com este hotel, além da equipe simpática e atenciosa. Decepcionado com a localização e condição geral do hotel. A pequena varanda com vista para o estacionamento. Os quartos não são muito confortáveis, você pode ouvir tudo, a lâmpada perto da cama meio quebrada, encontrou um deslizamento na poeira debaixo da cama (limpeza não terrível...) Especialmente o ar condicionado super barulhento impossível deixá-lo dormir. Infelizmente para nós, não dormi a noite toda por causa de um grupo gritando nos corredores, nos quartos, até as 4 da manhã. O horror! O bar era bom. Mas não voltarei a este lugar, e não recomendo.

Amo amo amo este lugar. Tem sido acessível durante a pandemia e os quartos são limpos. É um pouco antigo, mas é o caráter do hotel. Sempre temos uma boa visão das montanhas nevadas. Tão lindo! Nós sempre tentamos ficar aqui toda vez que estamos em Las Vegas.

Review of the restaurant only. I was nervous about going here from the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were nice, and the food was good. I had the Sasquatch Burger - 2 thick meat patties, very tasty. Had to fork & knife it.Other Pros: + They had real, brewed iced tea. Huge requirement for me. + They accept American Express. (Hard to believe there are still places who don't these days.) + They did not hassle me for ID when I paid with my aforementioned Amex. (I hate places that demand ID to pay with credit card, like I'm some criminal.)Cons: - The only con was the lack of ambiance. They were playing hip hop music which felt so out of place - they should play something folksy or bluegrass-y in keeping with the mountain theme.The bar was so thinly stocked it looked sad - fill the shelves with some bottles (anything is better than nothing) and put some lights under them, make it look nice! The walls were bare - they should hang up some old mountain-y stuff -- like some deer heads or old snow sleds or old mining implements. There are two fireplaces which thankfully were going, as they were the only redeeming factors of the decor.As it was, the only other decor in the whole room was a pair of fake plants, one in each corner.Finally, the lighting from overhead was really bright and gave the place a cold feeling - they would do so much better if it were darker, cozier, with some warm up-lighting.Anyway, the ambience is certainly not a deal-breaker, and I look forward to coming back sometime.It's just that with the surrounding area being so beautiful, the stark conditions inside felt like such a missed opportunity. With just a little extra work it could be someplace really special.

Love love love this place. It's been affordable during pandemic and the rooms are clean. It's a little bit old but its the character of the hotel. We always have a good view of the snowy mountains. So gorgeous! We always try to stay here everytime we're in Vegas.

In Lugar muy bonito, tranquilo. Hermosas vistas para pasar un buen rato en familia. .El hotel esta miy lindo , con un hermoso estilo campestre y un buen ambiente.restarante con muy buena comida, cafe y te caliente.

É um dos melhores retiros que já estive. Viemos para o ano novo e ficamos noivos! A equipe nos ofereceu uma garrafa de champanhe para ajudar a comemorar. A localização é excelente, muito isolada. Não se esqueça de abastecer antes de subir a montanha. Havia algumas preocupações com a manutenção do hotel, portas de armário quebradas no quarto, veja a foto, o aquecedor da lareira não estava funcionando (há um aquecedor que funcionava). Aconselhamos o pessoal no check-out. Não queríamos incomodá-los, pois sabíamos que estavam ocupados. Ouvimos o pessoal falando sobre não ter pessoal suficiente e que por causa da neve não haviam recebido nenhum caminhão de remessa. No geral, foi bom; nós definitivamente daríamos outra chance.

Definitely enjoyed the snow and mountains. Hotel could use serious updates to the bathroom. The room was ok. Definitely could hear in the hallway what was happening in your room. Went to go have date night with Hubby Sweets in restaurant but they decided to change the time and menu even though the menu said no buffet after 6pm. They changed last minute saying we could only eat what was offered on the buffet. Didn't want taco bar / slider bar. Preferably wanted tenders or tenderloin. So we left disappointed and frustrated as that is the only restaurant on Mt. Charleston for now. Loved the fireplace on lobby , very kid friendly place. Interested in going back but will probably get a cabin instead. Stay safe and Stay Blessed!!!

Amazing experience. Me and my family had an amazing time. The room was so nice clean and cozy. Had an awesome view from our room. Very pet friendly. We was able to bring our dog and they had treats for her at the front desk.

It's one of THE best retreats I've ever been to. We came up for the New Year and got engaged! The staff offered us a bottle of champagne to help celebrate. The location is great, very secluded. Don't forget to get gas before heading up the mountain. There were a few concerns with the hotel upkeep, broken cabinet doors in the room, see photo, the fireplace heater wasn't working (there's a heater unit that worked). We advised the staff on checkout. We didn't want to bother them since we knew they were busy. We overheard the staff talking about not having enough staff and that because of the snow, they hadn't received any shipment trucks. Overall, it was good; we would definitely give it another chance.

Un lugar muy lindo te aleja de todo el ruido y stress de la ciudad y te acerca a lo hermoso y natural del mundo !! El hotel confortable adecuado al entorno, muy limpio, los empleados muy serviciales y atentos . Una linda experiencia familiar que tanta falta hace en la ciudad de vegas

My husband and I were completely blown away by how beautiful and intimate the resort was for our wedding. The scenery felt like it was something out of a movie. I know when we look back at our wedding photos it will all appear unreal. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful during our 4 night stay. We also have Rosanna and Dawnette to accredit to the success of our wedding as without them I know either my Husband or I would have collapsed due to stress. Everyone there made our comfort and enjoyability their primary concern. I can without question say I would not change a single thing about our stay or wedding. We were very happy with the rooms, and will definitely return as they appear to only be getting better as they were renovating other rooms during our stay. Thank you Mount Charleston for hosting our wedding and family!

Great scenery and even better prices! The room is small but the service and comfort level was great. I love that this is a pet friendly resort. Perfect for a laid back weekend away.

They also have a good restaurant and also some hiking trails near the lodge. We drove up the mountain and seen some wild horse's. They also have a park that you can visit that has some really cool...
