“Honestly, my favorite thing about this hotel is how quiet it is. Its very soundproofed and that’s rare in Santiago. The wifi works well which is a plus. However, keep in mind that the hotel is old/dated so check everything in the room right when you get in. My first room had a weird odor and wasnt very clean and my second room didn’t have functional AC. My third room was good. The guy at the front desk was quite friendly and helped me switch rooms without problem. Lastly, the beds are quite firm/hard and not very comfortable. This isn’t my preference but it’s common in Latin America. I give this place a 3.5 but will round to 4 considering it is peaceful, has a friendly staff, and isn’t expensive.”

“Very spacious room, clean, good bed quality, people very nice. The big problem is the food : little quantity and bad quality for a high price. I'm in a full breakfast, lunch and dinner formula because of quarantine and all 3 formula has been really bad. It's a pity to offer such bad food quality”
