“Hotel comótimalocalização e as instalações atendem as necessidades, porem, parece-me que não existe gerente no local, pois o nosso quarto as vezes tínhamos que pedir para arruma-lo.O pior de tudo,m e que no último dia que la estive, acabei deixando no cofre do quarto 150, dois aparelhos auditivos de uso pessoal, que não foi utilizado haja vista quenão iria leva-lo aos parques. Para minha surpresa, ligamos no dia seguinte para o hotel , e depois mais trêsligações, uma do Brasil, e cada atendimento era uma pessoa diferente e que diziam que iriam fazer uma busca para encontrar os aparelhos. No último domingo, dia 1/2/2020, informaram de forma definitiva que nada foi encontrado! Trata-se de aparelho personalizado e que não vai servir para mais ninguém.”
