stayed 1 night checked out the next day also canceled the next day because of a storm June 2-3 2022, check-in rep was rude, the next morning found a pillow with feces on it told Gabrielle about it she said she would get in touch with the manager and get back to me and she didn't. called when I got back home and nobody seemed to get in contact with the manager Ingrid. As a former Wyndham employee, this is unacceptable. will not book here again to many run around to contact management.

The bed was better than the Hilton "resort" I stayed at on the vacation. Staff was fine. Close to a lot of stuff. I mean it's a la quinta next to a giant airport, so outside of the comfier than expected bed keep your expectations realistic.

My coworker and I broke downy In Miami,l on the interstate ( I'm white, she is Black- Continue to read so you understand why this is pointed out!!) We called ahead of time to check for availability and we're told they had 2 Rooms available. On arrival ( literally in 5 min.) She was told abruptly they were booked and had no Room's.. after I told the night staff gal we called ahead of time and we're told they had rooms she said reservation doesn't know what they have. She then proceeded to click on our keyboard and said there's only one room available...🤔😡 I felt very Offended by the Racist actions!!!!!!!!! We sat in Thier lobby at 230 am calling around and found very nice accomodations at the Hilton Home2 Suites that provided great costumer service, and 2 Rooms. Here ( Hilton) The rooms are beautiful & clean. They have kitchens and living rooms. 1room can sleep up to 6 people!! The breakfast is very tasty with more than just the Danish and coffee continental breakfast. For $60 more a night it is well worth it!!!!!! La Quinta Hotels are not consistent as I have stayed at Many and am a reward card Holder, some are nice some are Very ran down and outdated. But this was the 1st time I experienced a Racist attitude, very sad in this day in age!! Pass this Location up!! Go up the street to another facility.

We arrived really late. Check-in was super fast. We had a room with a squealing air conditioner and they quickly switched our rooms. There is a Wendy's fast food (closes at 2 am) and a Denny's restaurant next door. There is NOT a free breakfast as juice machine was out of order and not even a muffin. No biggie for us, but I know others would appreciate when they are on the go. There is a shuttle service to and from hotel, but highly suggest you call hotel before booking. They do not shuttle after 10 pm. We just needed somewhere to lay our heads before our cruise, but would not recommend.

the hotel is great the rooms are phenomenal .. clean and great spacious.. just the exterior doesnt look like ... but you wont be disappointment .... just try and will see.. is my opinion just try...

Once talking to the manager, because they say ââthe guest should be 100% satisfiedâ she was rolling her eyes, did not listen, and just walked away, almost went to the police, simply thievesâ¦rooms...

There were some minor issues with the interior of my room, the exteriors of the buildings are filthy and are in need of a good power washing & preventive maintenance! Nicer properties are available...
